Honestly I don't blame transgender people that choose not to have surgery. There seems to be great effort to cover up that fact that science still can't create a vagina, and can merely create an open wound that has to be dialated so it won't sew up. Does anybody here know if Billy has had the surgery?

if we go off statistics (i may be wrong, but if i recall only ~20% of trans people max choose to get full-blown sex change operations) i'd assume no. then again, it seems the craziest, most deluded troons seem to ALWAYS get sex changes so there's a good chance he has.

Yeah, I get slightly annoyed when people mock transsexuals for not taking hormones or getting surgery. Fair enough, they're technically transvestites, but if nothing else Ed Wood taught us there are indeed people who dress like the other sex and have no desire to be the other sex.

I'm not going to make fun of someone for declining potentially dangerous drugs or surgical mutilation.

I'm going to make fun of them because playing dress-up is lame.
