The thing is, Danny would build a relationship with these women for years at a time. He would make them feel like they were friends. Once he decided to have sex with them, he was done. All contact ceased. Sex was always the end goal for him, but the women didn't know that. He never told them, and never implied that it would be. He treated it like they were taking their relationship to the next level, when he knew full well that the relationship was bullshit from the start. I dunno, seems blown out of proportion to me. People throw around terms like "groomer" and "pedophile" super liberally. Granted, messaging underaged people is suspicious as hell, and treating fans of any age like this is a stupid move; no matter the age. Does that make him a predator, though? Given that the girl he was messaging was obviously into him and egging the situation on (after coming of age, btw) I would guess that he ghosted her and she got butthurt about it. Not the first time I've seen people accuse someone of such things as a means of avenging their egos.

You could also point out the creepiness in waiting for the exact moment they turn 18, but even then, they are indeed legal at that point. A bit crusty of him? Yeah, for sure. Illegal? Not at all. Not what happened here. None of the women, or even the initial post by NotBlarg ever said they were groomed. They did say that they weren't grooomed, which was a retarded thing to state at all. When people read the post, they saw "new evidence" "video proof" and "not GROOMING".

This is what pains me. Highly unpopular opinion, but I genuinely believe that, in line with current society, the age of majority should be pushed further back (forward?) to at least 20, if not 21+. It ought to be in line with average full cognitive development, so we don't have all these retarded kids plunging into massive school debt or predatory relationships with wrinkled prunes right off the bat.
