Maybe some of you guys can answer this question, are the people who need nipple grafts usually the same people who binded their breasts? They have such unnaturally saggy breasts, it's such a visual incongruity to see a 20 year old woman with the sagging breasts of an 80 year old. I can't imagine a smaller chested woman would need nipple grafts unless she binded her breasts so much they were hanging to her belly button.

Yes, if you have small tits you can get a different kind of surgery that has better results (keyhole). And yes the binding is why they look like that, but you would need grafts no matter what, if it isn’t keyhole.

To create the illusion of a male chest, all female nipples will require grafting. Male nipples are higher on the chest than female nipples, even in the absence of breast tissue.

unfortunately, it seems most of the research i found was done on sigmoid colon neovaginas. i can't seem to find any penile inversion endoscopies.
here are some more disgusting interesting endoscopies of intestinal neovaginas. apparently this method isn't as common anymore, due to its friability, smell and disgusting discharge. it's also prone to infection, since the intestinal tract isn't meant to be open all the time.

Neovaginal Sparing in a Transgender Woman With Ulcerative Colitis​

24-year-old transgender woman presented with a 5-week history of abdominal discomfort, bloody diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and weight loss. No neovaginal bleeding was reported.
Five years earlier at the age of 19, she underwent a total laparoscopic intestinal vaginoplasty as sexual reassignment surgery. A sigmoid segment was used to form the neovaginal cavity. At the age of 22, she developed symptoms of neovaginal discharge and was diagnosed with mild diversion neovaginitis.

At presentation in our hospital, physical examination revealed tachycardia. The abdomen was slightly tender without signs of an acute abdomen. Neovaginal examination revealed no abnormalities. Rectal examination was normal. Laboratory results showed anemia (hemoglobin, 6.6 mmol/L), leukocytosis (12.4 * 109/L), thrombocytosis (445 * 109/L), and elevated C-reactive protein level (26 mg/L; normal, <8 mg/L). Fecal bacterial culture and parasite testing were negative.

Subsequent colonoscopy and histopathologic examination revealed continuous severe inflammation, ulcerations, and increased friability consistent with severe ulcerative pancolitis (Mayo score 3) (Figure A). Neovaginoscopy showed a decreased vascular pattern without architectural changes but with lymphoid hyperplasia on histology, consistent with a diagnosis of mild diversion neovaginitis (Figure B), identical to the neovaginoscopy performed 2 years earlier. Left-sided colonoscopy at that time was normal both macroscopically and microscopically.

This one is.... truly something. Doesn't say if the person's ulcerative colitis was caused by the intestinal graft used for the neovagina. Ulcerative colitis doesn't have an official cause, doctors estimate it's due to stress, diet and immune system malfunction.
This person has "neovaginitis", anemia and leukocytosis, which is consistent with the immune system malfunction theory. The infection literally rotted this person inside out and killed their immune system.

i think that's just the texture of intestinal tissue. from what i understand, figure A and C are both colonoscopies, and not from the neovagina. Figure B and D are the neovagina. the neovagina has significantly less of those nodules.

however, if you're talking about the weird growths that look like tonsil stones from one of my previous posts, those are from ''neovaginitis'' (aka: bacterial infection).

so i actually looked up information on labiaplasties, since i knew they existed but didn't know what they were for.

apparently, it's a plastic surgery to reduce the size and/or change the shape of protruding labia to conform to societal standards. they're not really for medical reasons whatsoever and are rooted in stereotypes of what a vulva "should" look like. it can make women and intersex people feel more comfortable with their genitalia, whether the issue is genetic or due to age.

Late, but some women get labiaplasties because long labia can be physically uncomfortable (think chafing) and it can be difficult to wear certain clothing (underwear, bathing suits), not just for beauty standards.
Still shouldn’t be lumped together with the rest of these trans surgical horrors.
