John is the last one to be making fun of others housing. He and Frank just bought their first home in their 40’s, and it’s a starter home at best. All of their money goes into depreciable assets (Star Wars toys, cars, Apple everything, Nintendo, stuff from scalpers). From the photos/videos he’s posted, zero work has been put into their house and all the furniture is prefab crap. Their place will probably sell for much less than what they bought it for.

As others have said too it’s easy to get one (if you’re willing to go outside a major city). I know plenty of people across the country who lied to get it before others and no one is checking. If you really want to get it just say you smoke or are overweight and boom vaccinated. Wu can drive a Porsche an hour outside Boston and get one if he’s so worried about Frank.
