Anyone that's been following Andy's antics will know this is all an act, and he's lying through his autistic teeth. It's nice to see those involved with the convention that's having Vic aren't falling for his bullshit and basically telling him to fuck off. It's been months since I posted these, but just a reminder or some enlightenment to those unaware of Andy Cooley, who was doxed in mid 2019.

There were several people interviewed by the defendant's legal team that did not have affidavits submitted into the record. I personally know one of them. I was not informed as to the specific questions asked, but they were contacted and interviewed, and I was Facebooked with a "guess what" that day. I am assuming that the additional affidavits(if the legal team chose to fill them out instead of not use them) would have been held onto for if the case went further than TCPA. The entire "Don't show your full hand" strategy.

So it may be true that he was contacted and interviewed by the legal team even though he doesn't have an affidavit filed with the courts. He could also be lying, but just because there is no affidavit filed with the courts does not mean nobody talked to him. Those are not mutually exclusive.

Alright, I won't rule out the possibility he talked to a lawyer. But I still won't believe him unless he provides some sort of evidence. My own, and no doubt many others refusal to believe the shit he spouts is due to his own behavior. He has dedicated himself to being an insufferable, spergy twat on social media for two years at minimum. This is a guy who will do shit like this then run somewhere else to cry about how he was bullied.

From 2019, but his Twitter behavior indicates he hasn't changed. He was hanging off the tit of Claudia, a heavily medicated police abolitionist that cried about Emmet's stupid ass about being creepy, just a few months ago. Now he's shitting up a Facebook group claiming he's a victim and suicidal. I've noticed a common theme not just from him and others like him on the KickVic side, but from the ISWV side as well, especially from the numerous ones that I doxed: drama whores that like to cry victim are usually anything but fucking honest.

You seem to know a lot of things about your defendant’s legal team. Perhaps you can tell us who some of those potential affidavit candidates were, who were the people the defendants spoke to and who the “guess what” person was.

Agreed that he very well may be lying, but I wanted to correct the assumption that talked to means submitted to court, as those aren’t mutually exclusive. He may have been talked to and had nothing of use to the legal team. He may have been talked to and has his affidavit ready for if the case went further. Only the defendants legal team knows the exact answer to that.

I've seen the person hanging around Twitter and usually telling off a few people such as Ron Toye. I believe they're a reporter in training and are planning to do a story about Weeb Wars to expose some of the dark aspects and players in all of this.

Well she's wrong about the farms. If she's worth her salt, then she should do proper research into KF before labeling us as people that "want to be part of a hate mob".

She can be as savage against idiots like Ron Soye all she wants but a journalist, aspiring or no, who doesn't bother to do proper research into things is still a retard no matter how you look at it. Give me a rainbow, but I wouldn't put it past her to write shit that's factually incorrect.

I think the hate mob comment was supposed to be directed at Cooley and she just fucked up the sentencing since Cooley kept up responding to everyone that didn't kiss his ass.
It's kind of funny how most of the people that were against Cooley were blocked by him afterward when he couldn't lie his way out of a corner.
