What is with people like him and Yaniv who somehow have their tendrils firmly ensconced in the tech world? I strongly suspect a fellow transgender person put in a good word for him at Reddit HQ, poo-pooing the previously circulated stories as transphobic hyperbole. Hopefully that means that we end up seeing not just 1, but 2 lunatics being sacked from Reddit.

In many way Reddit admins aren't too smart, you gotta consider that. IMO this was a hire specifically to curb Reddit's image of transphobia, since braindead journos have a tendency to write hitpieces on every fucking subreddit that pops up and literally kills gorrilions of trans people by posting. IDK why no one did a proper background check, but if they also wanted someone who's "involved with the community", so a Redditor, their options are all quite mentally ill - Bardfinn, Drewiepoodle etc.

Now, they say that by deleting everything they're just protecting an individual from getting harassment, death threats etc. - again, media loves to paint a picture of Reddit being this den of harrassment and nazis, so Reddit is trying hard to counter that image.

Even if someone's a pedo, it's usually bad form to fire them immediately after hiring them, especially because this information was generally well known. They were supposed to do their homework ahead of time. I'm guessing the controversy was known to a small extent somewhere during the hiring process and various influential trannies in the reddit hierarchy poopoo'd it as "transphobic smears" and got the hire through anyway.

So they're stuck in the awkward position of having to defend this piece of shit for now until they can figure out a solution.

I'm guessing Aimee will get quietly yeeted out of the job at some point, possibly with some sort of hush money and they'll pretend it never happened. What I don't think will happen is that the hiring managers responsible will reconsider who they take advice from.

He used to be a moderator until being promoted. His other poly partner (not his husband) is also a mod.

I disagree about immediate firing. Basic PR training would tell them to ditch Aimee ASAP, pretend they didn't know and blame some "error", then issue an apology before this becomes a bigger story.

He and his associates are/were longtime influential moderators across dozens of subreddits, AFAIK - I don't think there's any way the company weren't well aware who they were hiring.

I'm not totally sure what's going on there, but maybe 12 is the character's age? It looks quite close to David Challenor's rape, which had these features:

* electrocution
* 10-year-old victim
* bondage/restraint

OTOH it looks like a lab coat, so I guess it's Nathaniel playing himself here.

It does seem like Aimee married his dad (who, let's not forget, is unable to have sex with him for the next 20 years or whatever, as he's rotting in jail).

Could be that the shirt is meant to be an attempt at a football kit -- Challenor is connected to Coventry, who have a light blue strip. No idea on the furry artist but if they are American they may have limited ideas of what a soccer kit looks like. Just spitballing 🤔

I mean, it seems to me that he is a pretty good, or maybe the better word is accurate, representative of the loonytroons community. A rapey perv with strong pedo tendencies who lies like they breath. It's reddit, that shit is probably listed as a special skill.
