Someone cheered and said something along the lines of " I contributed and now I have honeys wanting me to send them pictures,all I have to do was give them my full name and adress". Phil replies saying "Ack ack,thats sounds very safe,what a trusting person you are and Im sure you will reap all the benefits from sending your personal information to people all over the internet."

So sending your info to people OTI is retarded but giving it to Phil with a verified paypal or sending him your driver's loicense so he can share it with his mods is not.

Yes. You can generally push a test to your stream, precisely to test animations and the like.

He wouldn't have changed to StreamElements unless forced to, so he was once banned, but maybe it was undone after he whined?

Also lol at "trying to put out a quality stream here" while he's just sitting there ordering people to tip. Incredible

And it doesn't even take long. You can use your Streamlabs Studio and click on the buttons without the stream running. It's child's play. But not for the valedictorian. right Phil (we all know you will read here tomorrow)?

Great idea! But he's going to be a mod with restrictions. He can't ban anyone, time anyone nor even have any of the rights a mod has.

Just like a regular viewer, but we're gonna call him mod so he can show to his mom that he made it.
