Also the way they talk about the project "Starting in April" seems to me that they're purchasing it instead of just starting it. Also there is no way they could've kept all that secret. And the amount of work done on it, looks like it's been in the work for years, along side of the clearly damaged interior

The model is a Kubota LA1055. It's a decent tractor, but it looks like complete overkill, It sure as hell ain't cheap. I'll look into seeing the price, because it's only giving me options to request a Quote. However, someone is selling just a loader kit for $5,400. so it don't look cheap

I'm pretty sure I found the dealer they bought the tractor from, as Jason the name in the financing screenshot is an owner, I couldn't match the backgrounds but it looks similar.
This is a listing for the same model, it is the Kubota L4760HSTC, listed at the selling price of $45,860.00. Now if someone competent was buying it I would expect to knock a few grand off haggling after all it is a Kubota, not exactly a powerful tractor brand, but this is the tranch so I'm assuming they didn't get a great deal. The LA1055 is the loader attachment.

Now I'm curious, what did they set as their finances and their loans. They have no "legal" steady income, as shown by their grifting and lack of sales on Etsy. Either they have an INSANE downpayment, or they have an insane monthly interest rate. Also who did they get to sign and Co-sign? Currently it looks like Phillip financed it, but doesn't he have a terrible financial history?
