I've skimmed through about a half dozen old videos of Phil screaming at his computer monitor about YouTube/Google while rocking back and forth enough to give me sea sickness (there are a surprising number of them) and I can't see anything about a mobile upload code. This lie is both baffling and quite clever. It's extremely difficult to prove that some YouTube feature from 10 years ago never existed, especially when finding the leak in question is worse than looking for a needle in a haystack because the guy has almost 60k videos on DSPGaming alone. On the other hand, he could have just said that some guy uploaded a 2 second video of himself rubbing his junk, used inspect element to make it look like DSPGaming, and then recorded his screen, which is infinitely more believable.
I looked up variations of "Youtube upload method 2010" on Youtube itself, looking for tutorial videos, and there's a whole bunch and in every one of them this little pop-up is present:

gdgd.jpg

Unfortunately none of the tutorial videos click on it or talk about it, and there are no hits for tutorials regarding that specific feature I can find.

I did find this from 2010 though:

I've skipped around but I'm too busy to just straight up watch it right now.

Alright, now hear me out on this one...

I heard Phil make his claim that "someone else went and uploaded that video and it wasn't even me" so I took it upon myself to go back and figure out when this happened. Now the gif itself is all I have and it doesn't give a date for the upload BUT it does give a # of videos uploaded to the channel. I go to the DSPGaming channel, hit playlists, scroll ALL the way down to the bottom and start adding up all the videos indicated on the playlist until I hit around 20,726 as shown in the gif (autistic I know).

As you can see, I get to around this portion of his playlists. Now it isn't 100% accurate to what the video order was the day this person filmed the video of DSP giving himself a tug (some videos might have been taken down, some videos in the playlists will be months away from the part one of the upload etc.) ... but then I go to his vlogging channel around when he played these games which was the beginning of April to the end of May 2013 and I stumble across this video:

DSP was on vacation in Philidelphia and had videos auto upload as he was away. In this video at the time stamped portion (7:00), Phil says his upload of Fallout 3 got messed up with youtube and he had to private and then unprivate a bunch of videos because they had no tags and a "bunch of generic bullshit" for the titles of the videos so he had to fix them.

Now it's not concrete evidence, but it is possible when he was fixing this issue that he accidentally uploaded his junk OR it was accidentally in the uploads while he was gone and he noticed it to try and fix the issue.

Just my take on this and I want my time to have ment something searching for this.

Unless I'm mistaken Twitter used to (and still might) offer an option for you to post to your account by texting a tweet to a number, and Tumblr still provides a similar option. It's not the same thing as mobile posting a video from your Nokia brick but it's similar technology.

Phil might be telling the truth for once. I found this article (originally published in 2013 according to wayback machine) which explains a rather archaic process for uploading videos to YouTube from your phone. Apparently each YouTube account had a unique email address associated with it that you could email your video to and it would upload the video to that account. This address was located on the YouTube profile page, something that Phil might have filmed as part of some autistic rant against how those morons at Google were changing things.
1616550965870.png

In this example Technobuzznet censored their address implying that this is supposed to be kept private. You can even see an option to request a new address which is what Phil claimed he did after he found out about the leak. I still can't find the video that this was leaked from, in theory he wouldn't have to delete it if he changed the email address but he might have anyway as a precaution. Why he called it a "code" instead of an email address, I have no idea. Gin brain? Another case of his bizarre lexicon? Who knows.

Bonus Meme: The title of the video was a bit weird so I searched for "Video from my Phone" on YouTube to see if there were other videos with the same title, which would imply it was some kind of default title for mobile uploads. There are tons of videos with the exact same title and the description "video uploaded from my mobile phone" confirming my suspicion. The article mentions that if you want to edit or change the settings of the video you need to log in on your desktop, which is something a lot of people probably never bothered to do. So all these videos were probably posted through this mobile upload email system. Noticeably, these videos are all really old, implying this upload method is outdated and no longer in use, which is consistent with Phil's explanation. If you filter it down to videos uploaded in the last year they are all pretty much from India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, etc. So for some reason these 3rd world countries are still using the same YouTube mobile upload API? Or they just happen to title their videos like this (some are missing the standard description)? IDK this was a dead end in my search but I did find this video which I thought was pretty neat and worth sharing. It's a nice contrast to possibly notDSP grabbing his junk:

That's fucking horrifying, and I'm gonna take a guess and say the cockeye has not been edited in anyway it's raw off Piggys stream because if so that's not normal, anyone with an eye that can go all fucked up like that has a medical condition case in point that ugly broad Projared was banging while married same shit it's some sort of deal where the muscle that controls the eye is too long or weak.
If I had to guess: weak.

My Ophthalmologist told me if a person who needs glasses and doesn't wear them over a certain amount of time effects the eye as it has to work harder to see for the individual the muscle begins to deteriorate and slowly which in turn equals lazy eye and other side effects.

RE @David Davidson's post above, I'm thinking what actually happened was when Youtube fucked his upload schedule of 60 videos, in his drunken lazy braindead panic to make them all public, he accidentally made the junk-grab video public too, and now his retcon years later is to reference an obscure code method of uploading from a mobile device.

So he's not telling the truth but rather referencing a "nugget of truth" to serve the overall lie. Like someone else said earlier; Occam's Razor. A leaked code being abused by a troll is a pretty good cover story for what really happened, what always happens, boomer-tech Phil fucked up.

Everyone is focused on the how but I just wanna know why.
Why would Phil film himself stroking his genuine italian penne and upload it on youtube out of all places? if course it was him, I don't believe his wild excuses. He did this for one reason or another.
He was already dating Pandalee in 2013 and I REALLY doubt this was meant for her.
Just who is the lucky lady or dude this was meant for?

Another CoD session, and another session of Phil adding to his weird matchmaking delusions.

He just explained that he may eventually get a match with good connections, but he has to wait for that. Or, he says, he has to forfeit (ragequit) a few matches before it will take him out of the matchmaking. Once you're taken out of the matchmaking, the servers start matching you based on connection, and it's sad that he has to do that in order to get matches based on connection.

So there is now a secret matchmaking that, once you are pulled out of the skill-based, starts matching you based on connection. It's not just 'out of matchmaking' like last week, now it is connection matchmaking. So what happens to the connection-based people once they win a few rounds? They get put into the skill-based? Wouldn't that imply the 'connection' matchmaking is just... people who have been playing badly? Again, he has not looked into this at all, every week he just adds more to this story he built to hide the fact that he wants to scrub stomp.

It's been interesting watching him do this over the last couple of weeks. He has built a completely fabricated reality and keeps refining it. Some part of him knows this is all fake, which is why he has to keep building on more details. But he is just willing himself to believe his story. He probably does this with everything.

Chat is also starting to egg these delusions on. One person was talking about how Phil was noticeably walking slower because of the lag in one match. Phil agreed.
Literally not how lag works, and Phil said nothing about it during the match.

EDIT: Now he is saying CoD just always has bad servers and they never improve. And consoles always have bad connections.
Someone says he always plays on console so what was he comparing it to. Phil says this is false. He played CoD 1 and 2 on PC and they were great. Holy fuck. We're citing CoD 1 and 2 for connections in 2021.
Anyway, the implication is that if Phil could just play with 10 ping, he'd be top of the leaderboards.

Phil is a master of projection. He takes a 'nugget of truth', that Black Ops has skill based matchmaking, and then spins an entire conspiratorial narrative around it. Exactly what he accuses us of doing.

Also Phil uses his 'Alottapeepul are saying' tactic to justify his delusions. When teammates quit it's because they acknowledge the game is a laggy mess. If he spooks one of them and they shoot him, it's because of lag. His teammates, which he has never communicated with even once, agree with him!

I'm sure he must have seen a drift0r video or two on Youtube, there are videos where people did a deep dive on the matchmaking in CoD and explaining that the game does favor "even matchmaking" over connections, and someone must have told this to Phil and he just ran with it since it makes him look better, without reading into it at all, as usual.

The game does take liberties with regards to giving you the best connection, if it means it can match you with similarly skilled opponents. Problem is it's based on your average ping, if you usually have 40ms the game will search for lobbies up to 60ms, if it's 60 then you can get up to 90. It's never going to put you into a match where the game is unplayable or the delusional shit Phil whines about could actually happen.

In essence, he took a "nugget of truth" he either inherited from a CoD youtuber or a viewer who told him about it and spun it into something it isn't. Irony.

Well someone found a better version of the video and it shows the date it was uploaded so I'm gonna go neck myself for spending about twenty minutes adding numbers together.
June 4th 2013, which would rule out the association between this incident and his trip to Philadelphia/scheduled upload woes.

You're right but that's how all skill based matchmaking works, nothing specific about CoD. Phil acting like this matchmaking is uniquely bad shows he really has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to multiplayer. In any ranked system there's a hard limit to the acceptable intra and inter team skill variance. The matchmaker is not gonna put a high ranked player with a wheelchair just because they have a good connection to each other. Connection quality is just one of many matchmaking parameters that has to be weighed against the others in order to generate fair and high quality games. CoD's greatest sin is the overreliance on P2P instead of using dedicated servers, which solves a lot of the connection issues since you just queue whatever server you have the lowest ping to.

And this is all irrelevant anyways because Phil's not fucking lagging.

Well, we have our next CoD delusion evolution. Phil is saying the game is supposed to be a 'competitive shooter' and that it can't be valid with the amount of lag.
He says that people play it ranked, which is insane.
He then says he needs to get out of the ranked matchmaking and get into the normal matchmaking.

Phil Burnell is implying he is playing 'ranked' in Call of Duty because the multiplayer matches use a skill-based matchmaking.
'Ranked' would a separate feature Phil. Nice try. Feel free to go play ranked though. We'll see how quickly that exposes you.

And he is ranting about how they never improve the servers every year, and yet people keep giving them money. 'We reward them' for the same shit.
How is that greenscreen coming along, Mr. Streamer Business Man? Sufficiently crowdfunded at $200/day?

And with this new info, I am afraid to report that Phil is indeed correct about the mobile code and that he did flash it on screen so its plausible.

Still weird to hear about this years later and even weirder that it was only one video that he then privated it instead of deleting it if it wasn't his upload (saving some wank material?)
I'm still leaning on the side that he was dumb and uploaded it himself and is now trying to avoid it.

EDIT:
Some useful YT Comments. Phil had a three and a half minute part during his Remember Me playthrough and that happened on the same day as the dick grab upload.1616556814275.png

Here's why I think it's him cajoling pandaree with the kielbasa. He couldn't even whip it out because he's a fucking alien who thinks the sight of someone semi DX crotch chopping their flacid (I hope for his sake) diddler inside their jammies is actually going to get anyone aroused. He's the embodiment of the path of least resistance in all things except for the cornerstone of his business.: brazenly lying enough to keep people on the hook. As such he'll always find a way to overextend himself and play hulk hokum when it comes to aspects of his personal life he's clearly uncomfortable with anyone knowing about. It's taken him all this time to Get With the Meme, Kid and play off the fappening for yucks. and I don't really even recall him ever addressing this other video until now.

Most people I feel would just take ownership of it along the lines of; I accidentally turned loose a private video meant for my girlfriend and move on with their day. Phil coming off more notably irate than usual makes sense because the topic of this particular video goes against the machoor and happily sexually repressed adult angle he's been working on for a good while now. My wife (business related and I do still own her) always thinks of something I don't and suggested a while ago that Katherine's probably heard about this or even seen it for herself by now and there doesn't seem to be a more surefire way to rustle his jimmies than to shuck and jive around big daddy phil and inadvertently hurt muh wife. Well that and force him to actually sit and "work" more than he can stomach. Yes I do believe being a lying sack of shit for a living exhausts him and saps the salvagno thumbs of a little energy come half past gacha. How could such a video inflict emotional damage on Katherine though? I don't know the particulars but I know she's certifiably mental. Proof? She married Phil Burnell.

Twitch is so fucked up (or just dont care what he does), you cant even report the guy on their own platform! If this guy strangled jasper, you wouldnt even be able to report it. I saw someone say this on YT a couple of days ago after the leaks, and it's true.

This is still accurate by the way it's like he went and cried to mommy after the anony leaks and they pulled the plug on accepting any reports on him lol.
