The only recent-ish "win" was the physio table but then again he wanted $35,236.00 and received $2500...not sure if that $2500 included his out-of-pocket $156.00 filing fees & $80.00 service fees or not.

I noticed one of the complaints being that the complex refused to give Yaniv the names and info of other residents. I don't know about Canada, but in the US it's illegal for landlords to divulge that info to randos. Police sure, but not every 300 lb Dick, Tomie, and Harriet that asks. If my landlord did such a thing, by God, I would make sure they paid for it dearly in minecraft court. Any Canadians out there? Is such a thing even legal in your shitty country? Waxing balls is one thing, but this?

If a landlord were to give away such information, they would be in violation of PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

And if it's true, it probably costs money the strata doesn't have.

Without giving too much info away or powerleveling, I have experience in the province with a condo owner much worse than Yaniv and it's been virtually impossible to get rid of them because they own. Despite multiple cop calls, evacuations, police and fire etc entering her apartment...she still remains and everyone else is just told to sell, move or deal with it.

Wild. Do you know if he gets any further protection from this sort of action based on his disability? I know in some places down here that is the case but know nothing of leaf law.

TBH, if they gave out residents’ information to a man known for being mentally unstable, physically violent and sexually deviant, they’d probably be letting themselves in for far worse legal trouble than anything Tubby could dish out.
