He doesn't consider the actual meanings of the words he uses. Like when he said he was suing Taylor to get her attention, he didn't realize that immediately classified his case as frivolous. He called his song a gift, which also would immediately sink his case, as you have no legal right to expect anything in return for a gift. My favorite misuse of terms was when he said Taylor's agents cockblocked him. He either doesn't know what that term means, or was being unintentionally honest about what he was after.He doesn't seem to understand that when he claims that he just says provocative things to be a "shock jock", he undermines his own credibility when he tries to "explain his side of the story". How are we supposed to be able to tell the "shock jock" Russ from the serious Russ? What are we supposed to learn when he fills his side of the story with over-the-top exaggerations and fabrications such as those in Why I Sued Taylor Swift? All he ends up doing is making himself more of a laughingstock.
