There seems to be though. /user/nekosune is the head/top-down moderator of /r/lgbt. From what I've read, the lesser moderators can not remove them from the moderating subreddit. I care not to investigate the multitude of other subreddits they're currently moderating, but I'd make a bet that they top-down many of the rest.

Reddit admins are the only people who will be able to do anything about him!

The announcement is interesting.

They added the protection on 9th March. It was posted here 12th March. Glinner posted it like 19th March.

Anyone have any details on what happened BEFORE it was posted here? Like, did he demand this protection or were people already posting links knowing Reddit had hired a pedo?

Yeah, this is why I'm not buying their explanation.

If they didn't vet him properly, why did they add extra protection for him at a time when it hadn't been publicly revealed that it was him?

I think they hired him cos he's trans and has a history of pushing trans rights shit. I think they put pre-emptive measures in place to protect him, just in case someone found out who he was, which was never gonna work. They claimed that a mod was banned by mistake, but I think that's just another lie. I think they hoped to ban anyone who brought this up so that it never spread, but that just made the situation worse.

All you have to do is Google his name and all kinds of shit comes up, so either they have incredibly incompetent HR staff doing their vetting or they're lying, and I think the latter is more likely.

I hope the Reddit userbase start asking themselves:
-How compromised are the Reddit staff?

In their own post they admitted to having, vetted her, but not vetted her enough to find what is essentially found by just searcing her name in any search engine. Then, days later, and weeks later, they censored content with her name, despite her being a public figure. This admin clearly has ties to other mods, all who partake in forms of age-play/Age-regression play, diaperfagging, being a furry and into cub-furry stuff. Nekosune and Aimee ties to an admitted pedophile, which aimee knew was a pedophile since he admitted it himself. Then later went on to marry him, despite knowing.

The age-gap between nekosune, and the appearance in the life of Ashton, was when he was, what, barely 18? Yet they have full access to emotionally unstable, mentally disabled or vulnerable children who are extremely impressionable.

Reddit was fully willing to protect Aimee, and by proxy all her connections.
How many groomers/pedos/freaks are on staff? admin? Mods?

Would be fun to figure that out, but the network would probably to vast to thread up.
