They were submitted to the courts about 1.75-2 months before the TCPA hearing, and Ty did submit objections for some things like saying Sony's HR was not well informed about her own decisions and investigation to say what happened during her investigation or why she made her decision. There was plenty of time to say "these are all lies" if he really wanted to. You guys apparently had all this evidence that it was lies almost immediately after they were submitted.

Because none of those affidavits had anything to do with the defendants. The Sony affidavits are to do specifically with Funimation, as they are the parent company.

There is no need to do anything on those extra affidavits at the TCPA stage.

Guess it's nice of him to say that he wishes the creator the best of luck and that he's not trying to ruin the whole web series.

What I don't get is that he just had to bring up Vic by name as the reason why he's dropping out of the project. What's the point? Why couldn't he just write: "I dropped out of the project due to personal reasons. I wish Jason the best of luck for the future." Why is that so hard? He had to get them brownie points, I guess.

If he has a problem with Vic, he should contact him directly. I wonder if he ever tried to have a conversation with Vic before he decided Vic was such an evil human being that he couldn't allow himself to be associated with him.

Along with being honest. Plus we wouldn't want them deleting their kf account, we get to see them go full retard and watch them get flustered while grasping at straws. Can't let haste go to waste.

He's wearing the whole damn costume backwards. It's one of those patterned full body costumes with a zipper on the back. As you can see, the zipper is on the front in the photo.

EDIT: I just realized why his face bothered me. In some of the photos, he kinda looks like an evil twin version of some guy I know. There was actually a similar situation a while back where A black guy looked exactly like a pallete swapped version of my friend but thats unimportant.
