Look at how you reacted to when he was outed. That is the exact reason why he stayed for so long. You're the perfect example of why it was so hard to get rid of him. Gen is definitely complicit for allowing this to happen for so long. Good thing he isn't fully in charge anymore.

I noticed that any hypothetical in which Vic did do something, it always includes someone else being to blame and that somehow shifting the blame from Vic for his actions? So in these hypotheticals, does Vic carry any blame for his own actions or is it entirely the fault of the people who didn't stop him?

Lurk more. When the story first broke the first dozen pages were mostly "oh look, another Weinstein."

As people actually investigated they discovered nothing made sense.

In any hypothetical where Vic actually did do the thing he's accused of, we'd immediately turn KickVic.

No evidence has come forward yet, and the people who wlcould give that evidence have shown themselves to be so untrustworthy we would suspect it to begin with.

If they were all untrustworthy and it was all lies, why did nobody submit to the court that they were committing perjury? Can you show me filings stating they committed perjury? You guys seem to have all this proof that they committed perjury?

Oh yes, they do. Especially when it comes to money handling, dealing with sponsors, and the venues themselves.
Legal liabilities are a bitch, especially if fraud is on the table.

Thank you for that correction. I was more referring to incident reports or analyses on staff and guest performance. They definitely have standards regarding financial record keeping, but that's about where it ends.

Because none of the affidavits have even been tested before the court. Chupp took none of them into consideration.
Should anything come back on the CoA, you can absolutely bet that the affidavits are going to be scrutinised, particularly several of them that are blatant lies - Jennifer Lynn Cunt being the main one. Others will be thrown out for having absolutely nothing to do with the case - Vic’s Ex, the chick that got the high school vic taught at wrong.
then others will be challenged completely, the twins, Monica, Jamie and others.

and some will be ignored, like Emmett, who should be used to it.

So why did Ty not attempt to challenge these during the time between when they were submitted and the TCPA hearing? Why weren't these challenged in or before his TCPA response?

They were submitted to the courts about 1.75-2 months before the TCPA hearing, and Ty did submit objections for some things like saying Sony's HR was not well informed about her own decisions and investigation to say what happened during her investigation or why she made her decision. There was plenty of time to say "these are all lies" if he really wanted to. You guys apparently had all this evidence that it was lies almost immediately after they were submitted.

Larger shows are required to have insurance not only for the venue they are renting but for general liabilities such as injury and property damage. They should be keeping detail records of any and all incidents that happen prior, during and after their show ends for that very reason. They should be keeping those records forever. When the show gets sold to another owner those records should be passed over. There is no telling when someone will come out months or years later to claim that something happened to them at their show. I would not be surprise that both the show and venue have copies of all or any incident reports for any given year.

Edit: Their records would also include if the police and fire department are called and if someone gets transported to the hospital.

So vic is this big sex pest for over a decade and not 1 text message voicemail,email,picture has been leaked? I think not. Why the need to purposely mislead people with snippets of depos or meaning of his apology? If they were telling the truth why do that? Because they are manipulative. Aren't most of them left wing lunatics? It's awfully funny Vic is rumored to be a conservative trump supporter.
