Russell isn't that litigious to sue them over something so trivial, but I am prepared to bet everything that he will bitch about it on social media, or, give a 1 star rating on Google or Yelp.

It's practically a given, Russell deserves a foot rub and the hottest girls cellphone number on his voyage to Kinkos, anything less gets a scathing review.

Please GOD! GOD! GODDAMN IT! I did not need an invasive mental picture of Russell Greer's bare feet or some poor girl being forced to touch them.

Edit: clocks pls -was mentioned already upthread

According to Rekieta, our russ has finally figured out how to to serve his lawsuit via email. This is the original complaint from september last year for anyone who like a refresher. Livestream was just a recap of the same lawsuit from last year, no real new information but reading russ' lawsuits never gets old.
More like he found an idiot judge willing to ignore the actual rules of service of process and let a shit lipped retard skirt them. Russ did absolutely nothing to attempt service, much as in other cases where they were thrown out for failure to serve. For some reason, this imbecile of a judge lets the retard skirt the rules. Alternative service is supposed to be used only when a real litigant has exhausted the normal processes. Russ hasn't even attempted them. This retarded judge somehow decided yes, let's just let the tard ignore the rules because it isn't against a celebrity this time.

Maybe its going to be like that other trial where the judge only let him show up to call him out for his "there will be blood" comment and threaten him with harassment charges if he kept it up. I'm pretty sure him moving to Vegas was breaking his probation so that may be the actual reason it wasn't thrown out immediately

Of course Russ would make a facebook post jerking himself off about the lawsuit but only spotlighting the absurd claims that would make massive waves in legal history if they were to be found to be legitimate (they aren't). The only thing keeping his ridiculous case from not being tossed in the bin is a relatively mundane copyright claim. Everything about 'harassment' is going to be laughed out of court.

Maybe also because he managed to file IFP this time and it was gonna be on the govt.'s dime anyway? He got rejected when he tried that in his taysuits and had to do all his own homework.

This is literally the reason IFP rules restrict the utter bullshit the litigation equivalent of a screaming homeless person on the subway is not allowed just to harass real humans.

"$100 Million by default, Null, yes please!"
Remember when he thought TS had defaulted and he was automatically going to get $100 million? That was funny. @AnOminous explained that even if she did default (she didn't), he'd still have to prove damages. Even if Null doesn't respond (he will, he knows how lawsuits work), Russ would have to prove he was harmed by the posting of his book, which he wasn't, because we're not the audience his book was intended for.

Even if he was harmed by the posting of his book, said book is hosted on Google Drive, not on the Farms. He could have had that removed YEARS ago by sending a DMCA to Google. It's only "I Don't Get You, Taylor Swift" that's hosted directly on the Farms. Considering that's the only song that's received any views on Spotify, it doesn't like he can really claim any damages there:

Just shows once again that I'm sure the dean and maybe a couple professors at Upstairs Business Stripmall Collage told him that he isn't very good at his chosen major.

Oh yeah--Google Drive--good catch! And you reminded me I still have a free copy of his tard book. Can't wait to hear what the judge will say to him about that.

A fellow student at Low Rent University said once she graduated and got out into the world of work, she realized the instruction was very poor. She had to learn many things on the job that should have been taught at the school. However, Russ, being the King of the Oblivious, thinks he's the equal of an actual lawyer. But even if someone said he wasn't very good at being a paralegal, you know he'd just tune it out. His former boss said he just ignored anyone trying to correct him, no matter how gently they tried. This is the same thing that makes him think his songs are good and that it's only his face that's holding him back and not because he puts minimal effort into things and expects the same result as someone who gave it their all. He's also completely unaware that he's a massive jackass and that's why people don't like him.

Never underestimate Russ's ability to do exactly the wrong thing in a situation. He was told to send a DMCA to Google, but of course, he knows better.
I'm shocked "I Don't Get You" has that many views. Some of those views have to him, but can you rent bots to artificially inflate your views on Spotify? I can't imagine there's that many people willing to subject themselves to Russ's musical miscarriages.

Probably just mention in the ruling to dismiss that he undermined his own case by putting it up for free and leaving it there long enough for people to download it. Naturally, this is clear proof of the judge's bias against disabled songwriters.
