Here's a breakdown of timestamps for the court hearing. Some little tidbit of good stuff in there, but overall dry. I'm half retarded and don't know much about courts so I may have fucked some terminology up.

9:48 - Judge takes issue with defendants (Holly Bone, Brian Martins wife) lawyer making excuses for both Holly and her husband "hiding out".
11:21 - Lawyers get pissy with each other about gay lawyer shit.

16:41 - Jewtube lawyer declines to join subpoena objection, and proceeds to explain why.
19:46 - Explain youtube account creation like I'm a boomer.
20:45 - Defendants lawyer states, in no uncertain terms, that both FuturisticHub and Creamwork Animations have had. Holly Bones name on them since the channels conception.
24:10 - Plaintiffs lawyers call bullshit.

Hell, Mr. *****. My name is Vince, or Hub as most people call my channel. I am the owner of Futuristichub on YouTube which is Futuristichub.com as well. I was emailed some information that I talked with you briefly about yesterday on the 10th of February regarding some of the contents of my email.

In short, the person LifeInATent whom I understand is a character from years ago, works with me. He manages my channels and also helps with some other things. His name is Brian which aside from the old character he used to play, my business has no place for his old character name. I also understand that the user IvoRobotnik is a long time stalker of Brian so he is not surprised that he would do something like this.

I am requested to be separating from the eDrama he had as my name Futuristichub and LifeInATent do not go hand on hand. If anything I am Videogames and Futuristichub and Brian is Brian and more professional as well aside from what I understand a trolling past.

Also, as the owner of Videogames on YouTube, I work with a lot of people/gamers. A known error I also see is this same abusive user IvoRobotnik is edited an article on MeganSpeaks believing that MsHeartAttack is someone named Megan when in fact her name is Jamie and she is not who he says she is. This to me is 100% false of what he seems to be trying to pull.

Anyhow, in summary, i'd like all mentions of Futuristichub to be removed off LifeInATent and MsHeartAttack removed off MeganSpeaks. I work with MsHeartAttack, it is not her. I also work with Brian, and his character reflects non on how I run my channels Futuristichub and Videogames.

I look forward to your reply. If anything, I believe the articles are far too old to edit anything on as it becomes a stalking matter and makes said user IvoRobotnik look rather abusive. Thank you once again for your time, have a fantastic day, Mr. *****

Thank you kindly for your response. I am unaware of Brian and Kevin's drama although I do know they are twins I believe. One thing I do know as I have been aware is Kevin had some drama with weather and he might be the one who has been sending some threats. I asked Brian just recently and he had stated that he has no issue with you or the website anymore. He said the past was stupid he made some mistakes but have moved on however told me Kevin seems to be the same idiot (he called him Kevin an idiot). He also wanted me to tell you that he apologizes about the past as he was going through depression and getting out of I guess his troll phase. I researched properly his issues online and found it to be extremely difficult to swallow the kind of videos he was posting.

Brian is actually very positive now, he's completely turned around as he has a new family now, and wishes his old channel never happened. I however find this all interesting because I never knew what kind of drama he had in his past. If Kevin is threatening you though I would consider that but as for Brian he had just told me on Skype that he stopped being an idiot years ago and he could only think Kevin is responsible. Do you know where the threats came from? I'm willing to bet it was from Kevin and one of his emails. If it is weather related, Brian said that it was most likely from Kevin as Brian completely turned his cheek on the drama and left you and everyone alone so he could focus on his work and new family. That is all I can say for certain. Its a shame that if it is Kevin he might very well be throwing his own brother under the bus to cover his own name.
