Hold on a second, I just checked pdl's youtube and there's a video where they collab with a6d here. A6d is a friend of Dream who got him into drama in 2020 (tweet). Do these people all know each other? This is highly suspicious, there's a chance Dream knows these people personally and that's why he could contact them so quickly.

Not to mention, in a video from PDL, he says he's known Dream for some time. This is right before going on about catching "cheaters" and whatnot. But of course, he still doesn't actually commit and just says "guess we'll never know!" when it comes to his speedrun cheating accusations.
My earlier joke about this all being one big conspiracy is looking too real every second: All these people were up and at the ready to defend Dream over this video, and Geosquare was up to take the fall when he pointed some of the oddness out, possibly out of his own desire to call wrongness/Dream himself out, possibly from his own curiosity, possibly even put up to it(but likely not).
Overall, the connection to Dream and cheating is all too common; the feeling that he cheated his detractors in rigging this drama against them is too palpable.

At this point, it’s hard to say whether or not this is some crazy coincidence or a cover up. Somehow, untrusted/HypnoHax, Dox/Seeked, TeamRooted,pdl, a6d, BBH, and Dream all have strange histories that are tied together in some way. Maybe it really it a small world, who knows. But with how quickly all of this shit got deleted and shut down, I would not blame anyone if they believed there is more to this than these people are leading on. Regardless, we have seen time and time again that Clayton will go out of his way to cover up his past as well as anything that puts him in a bad light. And it is fucking hilarious every single time.

From my own mentally ill perspective, I believe Dream fabricated this himself. He probably has a very edgy history (based too!) and we all know it's bound to surface up one day, so, why not just do it yourself and disprove it? Considering how everyone involved was able to contact within a few hours and him going on TrainwrecksTV podcast afterwards to forgive and forget, he probably did it himself. If it was real, he would've sperged out as always but his response seems very calm.
Again, it might be stupid to suggest this but considering heallegedly bribed TeamRooted, it is possible.

Just to be clear, it seems like he was apologizing for talking about Westley's tweet on the geo2alt account. We still do not know who Westley is. Not that it matters who he is, Westely was just probably some minecraft nerd trying to connect all the dots and come out with a smoking gun on dream.
Geosquare's role in all of this is interesting too. I don't blame him for having it out for Dream considering all of the headaches Dream probably put him through during the cheating scandal.

So as I understand it, Dream associated with a hacker group closely at some point (which that alone is a massive red flag), and one of those guys (Dox/Seeker) who Dream is close with was friendly toward another guy who caught 8 years for offenses including CP possession half a year ago. Dream has a rabid fanbase of minors at the ready and seemingly still has some sort of ties to these people. Is it off base to be concerned about this and, as others have pointed out, why is no one talking about this? That isn't to say those people specifically did anything but moreso is it a possibility that Dream or his less wholesome inner circle could be taking advantage of his celebrity for nefarious reasons?

Yeah I noticed that too. People don’t talk to each other like that normally.
I watched a live stream of theirs the other day, and they all seemed off. Like not completely hostage off of where you know they’re in danger, but I could tell that they’re not genuine.

I don’t think dream’s extorting anyone under the threat of doxxing; I think it’s more likely just other ccs leeching off dream’s fandom for their own personal gain. Tommy’s mentioned Dream coaching him on how to best manipulate the YouTube algorithm, such as how often to post videos, and when etc.

AFAIK he’s the only cc to actively encourage it, when others were disgusted with the idea of fans being obsessed with them, “stanning” them. Going full autist here but I'll try my best to describe the dynamics between Dream and his circle.
Dream is part of a group known as the 'Dream Team' which consists of his friends Georgenotfound and Sapnap. I believe he met George 4 years ago and Sapnap 9 years ago. These 3 are also part of another group mostly come up with by fans called the "Feral Boys' which also includes Quackity and Karl Jacobs. Dream has also been friends with Badboyhalo, Skeppy, and A6D (who used to be in a group called 'the Trio' before A6d got cancelled, btw A6d is known to have hacked some shit in his school and I believe he went to jail? The details are fuzzy but he is shady) for a few years., I think he's closest to Badboyhalo. I believe he is also closer friends with Antfrost and his boyfriend but I don't know too much about them.
I personally believe that the only close friends Dream has in this area are Georgenotfound, Sapnap, and Badboyhalo. There may have been a time where he was closer to Skeppy and A6d last year (especially A6d) but they don't seem to interact that much anymore publicly at least. Quackity used to be in a different circle of mostly reddit YouTubers and Karl Jacobs is a Mr. Beast yesman, both are new editions to his circle and I fully believe they support him only due to his fame. Again, don't know much about Antfrost and his boyfriend who I think have known Dream for 6 years.
The other YouTubers became friends with him in 2020 and their relationship seems to be mostly friendly business terms. I believe Jschlatt even said Dream cheated publicly, and he's good friends with Wilbur Soot and most of the Minecraft YouTubers who are in the general Smplive circle (the SMP in 2019 by Callmeincarcerated). Tommyinnit looks up more to Jschlatt than Dream I believe and is probably being smart, using him for the fame, Tommy only really met him when Dream decided to add him to the DreamSMP on a whim. The other younger creators are closer friends with Tommy and Wilbur, not Dream. Technoblade met Jschlatt, Wilbur Soot, and Ph1lza in 2019 during the tournament Minecraft Monday, the people who he's closer to right now. They admit to talking to each other for hours on end outside of stream but never ever mention Dream. I'm unsure if Technoblade and his friend circle of sweaty pvpers knew Dream before this but I doubt it. Edit: I just remembered that Technoblade has been good friends with Skeppy for a while, so it's possible he knew of Dream.
I'd bet that the awkward feeling you got watching their streams with him is because of this, Dream brought on a lot of YouTubers to the DreamSMP (this is where most of them met) because they had an established viewer base of dedicated fans from when Minecraft was having its resurgence in 2019, their relationship is mostly business and if they were able to they would drop him.
Edit: After looking into MunchyMC and some of the youtuber wikis a bit more, MunchyMC is where Dream met most of his 'friends'. MunchyMC is a Minecraft server made after MCPvP died, owned by Badboyhalo. Badboyhalo was an admin on MCPvP and Dream was part of the staff there (why were a bunch of young teens running a huge Minecraft server? who knows.). Other members of the DreamSMP were also part of the migration, such as Sapnap, Callahan, and Antfrost. Dream also met Georgenotfound here as he was a developer. Badboyhalo met Skeppy more recently than I thought, in 2018.

Dream's one of the first mainstream youtubers to realize that a fandom pays more than a fanbase. Fostering a community consisting of young people who will fall in parasocial love with you and defend your most retarded actions earns you a shit load of money in the end. Where other creators would be creeped out by the kind of community he has, Dream doesn't mind the obsessive personalities because he himself has an obsessive personality.
