According to him, he calls his lawyer and the secretary tells him that the lawyer is in a meeting with a client. He called the lawyer's cellphone twice with no answer so he left a voicemail. He then decided to drive straight to the FBI because he thought they would arrest him if he didn't show up for questioning. He even says that he knows not to talk to feds but he was scared. What a fool. (edit: I'm going by what he said in the second video in the quoted post.)Loulz was interviewed by the FBI.
This bears repeating:
A reminder to never answer any questions that a federal agent or local/state LEO is asking you beyond what is required by your state ID law (providing your legal name is required in some states).
Immediately start filming the interaction and ask if you are under arrest or being detained (who cares if you sound like a sovcit nut). If they answer no or refuse to answer in anything but the affirmative, walk away briskly.
Of course, this is not legal advice and you should consult a local attorney, but never think the cops are there to have tea and discuss the finer points of your ideology and what you may have said online or in-person.
