U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

But why would he have a large amount of fentanyl in his plasma? A good boy like Floyd would never swallow a large quantity of drugs to avoid being arrested for possession with intent to distribute, would he, desu?

Looks like a cocktail OD.
Oh yeah, didn’t the judge say that George’s previous arrests couldn’t be used? I’m pretty sure that’s what establishes the MO and is what the defense will need. Everything else would show that Chauvin was directly responsible for the death of George Floyd or his actions contributed to it.

No, the judge said that the medical evidence from the 2019 arrest will be admissible (medical reports, blood pressure test, statement made by Floyd to paramedics at the scene) as well as parts of the body camera footage (not the part where St. Fenty screams for his MAMA!).

The defense will be allowed to make its argument that St. Fenty swallowed his drugs before in 2019 when arrested and that he likely did it this time. Except in this instance, the combination of high blood pressure, rapid ingestion of drugs, and his panicked state killed him.

Isn't the extended bodycam the big part that everyone says destroys the BLM narrative? Or is it that a very selective part goes BLM's way and shows Chauvin is directly responsible and it's a matter of which portion of the bodycam is allowed to be shown?

I don't know about destroying their narrative, but between the 2019 bodycam (where the officer tells Floyd to spit out what he has) and his toxicology report, the inference can be drawn that St. Fenty had a bad habit of swallowing drugs and that Derek Chauvin's racist knee of White Supremacy was not the direct, proximate cause of his death.

I mean, we live in a post-truth society that your own children enforce against you after being taught to rat you out.
Idiot should've kept his fucking dirty mouth shut about Saint Nigger the way tribes in the Americas had to keep their mouths shut about Jesus and the faith.
The time to fight and speak for truth was 10 years ago. Right now it's just about accepting the new normal that niggers can do no wrong and criminals the BLM movement canonizes are to be respected and beloved.

Yeah ten years ago there might have been chance for reform. Now it's either controlled burn (for elites benefit) or total ted cabin burn (benefits everyone else)

Is either the prosecution or the defense expected to make the claim that they knew each other from El Nuevo Rodeo?

Shooting the shit with a friend here who was a cabbie and he's saying that the bar scene in any city is pretty small and they undoubtedly knew each other. He also says that every single Latino dance club is moving coke.

He thinks the missing piece to understanding the Chauvin/Floyd interaction could be that the club was dealing and they were both in on it.

I can see why the defense wouldn't want to bring up that they were selling drugs together, and I suppose it would fuck up the prosecution's theory of the case if they concede that Floyd was involved in a drug conspiracy, but this could be a fun little Jack In The Box to come popping open in the middle of the trial.

Is it known what Chauvin heard on the radio before he got there? Had Floyd's name been mentioned?

If they could prove Chauvin was in on the drug trade, they would've. Minus shock value, the prosecution's case is very weak. Being adjacent to drugs is not enough (or at least it should be, because everything is so fucking biased).

Floyd, on the otherhand, would be very easy to tie in and dovetails perfectly with the image of him being a hardcore junkie who overdosed. They need to keep him a saint, because once the mystique of martyrdom breaks he becomes a worthless criminal hoodrat who killed himself via hoodrat nigger bullshit.

That's actually pretty funny. Maybe I'm just used to seeing protests from the front, but this angle shows the blank back side of signs and a fucking pizza box lol

They both worked security for different Latin clubs, but Chauvin had been doing that for over a decade, while Floyd lasted less than 6 months. If Chauvin was basically the cop in charge of providing cover for a drug operation, he would probably have to check out any other security before they were hired. That still doesn't change the fact that you can't kill someone by putting your knee on the back of their neck, unless your plan is to break their spine.
