You've got Madara who is legitimately disabled and I guess turning to Phil for some sort of solace.
You've got KingGokken and Napalm who have no notable excuse and are just fervent pigroach zealots, preaching the One True Beg.
You've got Swagginz, formerly a cocky, heavy-handed enforcer, now a broken and degraded man who realized he was nothing without Phil.
And you've got Timbo, the fresh acolyte just excited to finally be in the inner circle, too blind to realize he jumped in just after another round of traitor purges took place.

Phil is a pathetic manipulator for assembling this little Hate Army, and I don't know that I'd say any are worse than the others - they're all just fucked up in their own special ways, and all equally complicit in this obvious scam.
