There was a story about how they're using AUSAs in Alaska for all the Capitol cases. I think he's just a body for this.
 
What Are the odds he gets convicted? considering I'm sure the government wants to make an example of these people I'd say pretty high but stranger things have definitely happend.

Pretty high since he livestreamed it. I don't think he'll get any significant time since the worst thing he did was pick up a phone and yell at a cop. He's probably gonna make the the excuse he was undocumented media capturing the event, not sure it's gonna fly.

Realistically something like a lifetime internet ban would be just as bad for him tbh although his best defense would be to seem as harmless and retarted as possible.

I'd probably let him off on the Capitol shit, because fuck every single one of those people, but I'd demand ass rape as part of his sentence for macing some completely innocent bouncer, and demand that all the dicks that go up his ass be completely pozzed with full blown AIDS.

Gionet's lawyers have cited his Christian upbringing and a pro-police music video on YouTube to support their submission. They want a GPS monitor removed from Gionet, arguing that he is not a flight risk."

Woah that's a bitchin' ankle monitor. I've never seen one like that before. I wonder if it has something to do with federal vs. state supervision and/or budgets, because the state ones I've seen are small and janky by comparison. That thing looks like it could send your position even in a mineshaft. Granted, it still can't be that hard to cut off.

My experience is a little out of date but you'd think electronics would get smaller over time. What a bitch that would be to wear 24/7.
