As much as I don't approve of these idiots and the shit they did, the majority of these cases would be minor trespassing and disorderly conduct cases if they didn't happen specifically at the Capitol. Making a federal case out of it doesn't make that shit any worse. Biden should be embarrassed not by the results of the cases, but by the ridiculous hysteria about a bit of civil unrest after months of looting and burning and murder completely ignored by Democrats.
