The agricultural industry will be corporatized (why do you think it takes so long from legislation to sales?), but who knows about the dispensary side. The problem really is zoning. I'd be surprised if there were dispensaries in Manhattan selling recreationally. In the Boston area, you have to go to the outlying areas for the most part for recreational dispensaries. Unless you're a medical patient and get delivery, but that's absolutely retarded because a medical card allows the state to infringe on your second amendment right to bear arms. Regardless, because of the corporate control that will be baked into the industry on purpose, the prices will be high enough to support a functioning black market—just like Massachusetts.
