It's nonsense, and completely irrelevant to his case. He's suing for copyright infringement, not harassment. All the shit he's alleging we did (we didn't) has no bearing on whether or not we infringed on his copyright.

, sorry, but russ being at this Walmart...Weird since it's nowhere near his house, and while the bus system in Vegas is decent, it's still not convenient. To get from Twain to trop is not like a trip up the block. It's the other side of the strip, past unlv, and east, a fair amount.
Anyway, relevant PL, I went to college in Vegas, and this is the closest Walmart to campus. It's also the worst Walmart in vegas. It's in a shit neighborhood , its tweaker central, and the whole experience generally leaves you wanting a shower and an exorcism, much like looking at russ too long.

Yeah but the funny thing is that I don't think he gives a shit about the copyright infringement. He didn't mention it in his latest fruits and nuts post, in which he ranted about how he was going to take down the farms because of the harassment, defamation, etc etc. At best, it seems like the copyright issue is something he threw in there as an incidental weapon. At worst... I wonder if some anti-farm person with a legal background (or compatriot) may have steered him to use it.
It seemed like the only coherent section of his complaint, matter-of-fact even. Doesn't seem like Russ.

His use of the Rainbow and East Tropicana Walmarts both point to likely bus rider status. If he wanted to "boycott" the Walmart from his Yelp there is one on Charleston that would have been closer than Rainbow to begin with unless one was taking the bus.
The Walmart on Eastern is a little closer to UNLV and a bit more civilized than East Tropicana. I think Walmart Boulder Highway and Walmart Nellis are stronger contenders for worst Walmart in Vegas but the East Tropicana parking lot is sketchy and full of tweakers.
Hope this satisfies the Walmart/Autism itch.

Unironically, many Wal-Mart parking lots in shitty neighborhoods are more dangerous than the literal ghetto neighborhoods themselves, full of tweakers, muggers, even rapists sometimes. You know those cameras they often have aimed into the parking lots? They're usually not on. They're just for if workers try to organize, to keep them from being able to do it right in the parking lot. They couldn't give a shit less about their customers' cars getting jacked or their customers getting stabbed.
