Perhaps I worded that a little poorly when I wrote it (Not that they would understand regardless). It's not so much that they (the average anime fan) hates them, they just don't give a shit one way or the other. They either watch the subbed version of these anime titles or they have no interest in meeting the VAs and just want to enjoy whatever anime series they're watching as is.
