Are you thinking about the Mexican that shot the nigger in the hoodie?

Because the Zimmerman/Trayvon case was a race baiting media circus clusterfuck as well.

Complete dog-and-pony show at the trial as well.
Where the prosecution put that morbidly obese moron, Rachel Jeantel, on the stand, pretending to be Trayvon's girlfriend.

The problem with that narrative: The witness couldn't even read the testimony she supposedly wrote. It's uncertain whether she could read at all.
And the testimony was signed by a certain Diamond Eugene. Which the fat retard claimed to be her nickname. Yeah.
The actual witness, Brittany Diamond Eugene (Jeantel's half-sister), apparently wasn't willing to testify at the trial. The prosecution fabricated a witness in her stead.

This is the caliber of truth and justice we're dealing with.

Anyway, the case most likely relies on if the knee was the thing that directly led to Floyd dying, contributed to it, or was a result of a bunch of drugs (namely Fentanyl) that can fuck you up real good.

Also, there's the part where George Floyd may be what you call a "career criminal" or at the very least he's known to swallow his drug stash to get out of a possession charge. Probably add that to the defense's case as well, along with anything else that could be argued as "Derek Chauvin kneeing George Floyd did not directly kill him, or even contributed to it".
Third degree murder is the harshest charge the prosecution had a chance with. That being said, with what we now know about Floyd's history, as opposed to what we knew during the riots, it's extremely likely that the severity of his priors will be a smoking gun for the defense team.

Can't wait for Riotz in da Streetz 2: Electric Niggaloo

he may not directly killed the guy but he did not do himself any favors by kneeing on his neck. his fucked.

I think the defense is going to argue that kneeling on the neck as a form of restraint has worked in the past, but somehow did not in this situation. They are going to go for the drugs in his system as the cause that led to his death. If the drugs were not in his system, would the kneeling have killed him?

Come now, don't act like they weren't putting Floyd on a pedestal.
Going by his funeral, you'd be inclined to believe they were mourning Mahatma Gandhi.

George Floyd, the Fentanyl Groid, was no fucking Gandhi. He was a criminal scumbag, who managed to overdose one time too many.
But since he was also a whiny bitch, who couldn't "breef", he's now presented as a poor victim of hu-white supreme rayciss America...
Frankly, I don't see a point in humoring this laughable narrative.
Seen it too many times before. We had Skittle-Jesus, Gentle Giant, heck, even the Jacob Blake story was blown up as supposed police brutality.
Remember what all of these cases had in common?
It is impossible for different cultures to live in harmony.

And the raw intelligence of niggers leaves so much to be desired.

Quite possibly. There's been cases with people with heart problems who end up stroking out/going into cardiac arrest because of improper neck restraints for less time.

I'm aware BLM protesters are the most obnoxious, arrogant, stupid and downright malicious assholes to ever walk in this God forsaken country. and the Media circus that followed all this was straight up infuriating to watch, and a lot of people will bandwagon on the opposite way out of spite or unconsciously.

But I think Derek Chauvin and the rest of officers completely fucked this up, kneeling in someone neck for 8 minutes (a maneuver that is know to cause asphyxiation) when the guy you are apprehending is telling you multiple times he can't breath and when you have 3 officers each one armed to back you up is a complete retardation, Floyd was being arrested for using counterfeit money and was not armed AT WORST he was going to punch of you the face, he was completely drugged up it's not like he could run very far.
If he was one of those Wannabe gagsters that get shoot every other week, or if he was carrying a gun, a knife or maybe even a shitty stick I would agree Chauvin and everyone else should be walking free.

I'm sure most people around here don't care cause Floyd was black and he had a criminal record, maybe some people think that "well just don't commit crimes lol" but the true is that there is plenty of U.S cops that are corrupt, unprepared, violent and sometimes just completely retarded, like that one guy that murdered Daniel shaver and got away with government money for getting "PSTD" and I rather have people like him or Chauvin not serving in a organism that should be "protecting" his citizens.

i dont think so but will the jury even care? at best, he will get manslaughter.

"edit" right, Floyd had health issues. in that case, derek could very well get a murder charge if they cant prove it was the drugs what killed Floyd.

I really look forward to watching liberal cities burn this year, hopefully the gooks will join in to fight asian hate. Just remember everyone, when they flee their cities Minecraft servers to come ruin yours, make sure to treat them like they committed war crimes: spit on them, don't let them in your businesses, have your kids bully theirs and burn crosses on their lawns next to their keyed up cars (In minecraft). If you feel bad, just remember that they would do it to you and then some.

If you are still clinging to 'but he kneed on his neck!!!' crap you deserve to be shocked or even 'horrified' that an across the board acquittal is the outcome.

What we already know before the trial started:
  • Floyd had a history of ingesting drugs when faced with arrest
  • Floyd had before and most likely during his arrest took enough drugs to kill him to avoid going to jail
  • Floyd was going into a drug induced delirium and expressed being unable to breath before the arresting officers laid a finger on him
  • It was Floyd who refused to be placed in the police car and requested to lie down
  • There was no life threatening injury to Floyd's neck
  • The knee hold is direct police procedure for dealing with exactly this type of uncooperative arrestee
  • The ambulance was delayed and it why the hold last for the time it did
Jurors for the most part take their responsibility seriously. There may very well be an element of being afraid for their own lives if they refuse to join with the mob and bring back a guilty verdict, but I don't think this is going to be the case.

All of this evidence is already known now. It is going to be even worse for the prosecution as the trial unfolds.

Standard procedure is to shift from the neck hold to another restraint ASAP as suffocation can and will result, especially with a suspect on their front. You only use the neckhold until you can apply other means. Even if someone is dying, if you take efforts to speed that death along, or doing things that can cause death isn't smart.

You're also not supposed to restrain suspects on the ground face down for a long period for the same reason. It can kill people, and it has killed people - you're supposed to prop them up against something - I doubt Floyd could have gotten his feet under him to try to stand if they'd sat him up , and it's relatively easy to press someone trying to get up like that back to the ground. He picked the worst possible way of restraining him, as a 'shoulder press' can quickly turn into a neck press and cut off circulation or the windpipe, if you're positioning yourself high up on the body.
Can't believe you got neg-rated for this. Derek kept his knee on George's neck for two minutes AFTER he passed out. Even if he didn't actually kill George, it's still criminally negligent.

I am not going to be in town when the verdict is announced. I got a homie up in Two Harbors and I'm staying with him for like a month after the trial ends.

I live in downtown Minneapolis in a building that has many windows and is highly flammable, so fuck staying here for that shit.
Get renters insurance, video all of your possessions and remember the words "replacement value, not depreciated value".

It'd be great if the poll had an options for "not guilty enough (for the mob)" to deal with the very real possibility he's found guilty of lesser offenses but none of the murder charges stick.

Because that's where I think this is going to end up personally.
Really it doesn't matter how it ends up. Derek Chauvin's trial could end up exactly the way the Mob wants it to end up. 2020 has set the precedent that they can ape out consequence free, no matter what their reason for doing so is. They will still "peacefully protest" if Chauvin is found guilty on all accounts just so they can ride on it's hype to get legislation passed to screw over whitey even further. It will never be good enough for the mob, there will always be some "racist shit" they'll cry about. Even if it's fake beyond doubt, the media will always cover for their military political wing.
