Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Oh no my cellphone won't work (yay!), the grocery store is empty and the power is out. This is not a problem, only an uncomfortable inconvenience.

Nature provides. Most of us know what we're doing out here. The guns are mainly to keep the desperate city folk back when they come to loot and murder after they run out of toys.
I wasn't talking about your cellphone, but your tool that do your work. Steel isn't in the nature. Or Even the microelectronics that is good for programing some logic in tools. A irony in world without technology easily available agropecuary goes to shit because there's a decency of technology a good genetic stock, or the compost that goes to the plant. Don't think humans are outside of nature because if was the case humanity would be alot better.

Sorry for wandering off topic everyone else but this post got my attention and I would like to know more.

I'm trying to wrap my head around what you are saying and you lost me. Haven't humans been making steel and steel derived materials/products for hundreds of years now? I think people would still be able to produce tools. And the component parts of steel literally come out of the ground. What exactly were you trying to suggest? I guess you have a point in regards to more complicated electronics but even then there are people in third world shitholes that manage to make modern technology work with scraps and garbage. More complicated objects and machines may break down, but then again maybe they would not. Certain processes may become impossible without extremely specialized machinery, though on the other hand many complex machines serve to simplify older, more onerous processes that yield the same or similar results.

Are you suggesting that people can't live without their technology anymore if there was some kind of upset? Don't a lot of people already live without a ton of technology and still manage to keep society moving while utilizing advances made in knowledge and associated processes? It seems like you're overstating the necessity of modern technology and damming humanity as eternally dependent on that technology now that the box has been opened.
