Sounds about right, MS-13 and La 18 control just about everything in El Salvador, goverment did cut a deal with them to reduce killings so it's likely they still kill but just not as much.

Well, if you guys want an example on how stupid that vid is; they could have closed that place (or cordoned off the area under the crane). But I guess that the Middle East isn't known for their safety standards, then.

Oh I think I saw this on one of those Faces of Death VHSs in the 90s or early 2000s.
The grainy image quality actually made it way spookier to me than all this high definition gore footage.

Has it ever been confirmed what that funkytown guy did to "deserve" that?
