Seems to be the majority opinion around here. It would come in handy depending on how the October date is planned and what to expect by then assuming more WK's won't emerge on the scene).

If you're listening, hangers-on, I hope you're siphoning money out of Barb faster than Rob Bell on crack. Your client is a lost cause to the courts and to humanity in general. Many have tried, all have failed. You can't change him, so I hope you're at least bilking his insane mother for her hoard money.

There's a possibility that releasing the WK video might make it harder for field agents at court dates in the future, whether it's you or someone else. From what you said, it sounds like she was already confrontational with you and probably monitoring the forums. If the video gets released it might make her (or other white knights) even more hostile in the future, especially if some ween manages to doxx her.

Even though you're 100% within your legal rights to film on public property unless a cop tells you to stop and gives a valid reason (and if she actually touched you/tried to grab your camera that's assault), in my opinion it's not worth the risk of making her even more aggressive at future court dates.

I give huge props to Ramspieller and Lipitor for their dedication in chronicling the court stuff, since I am far more interested in this stuff than I am the eBay nonsense. Perhaps, however, considering the announcement Null made this morning, it would be a good idea to withhold the content regarding the white knight woman. I would hate it if the court reporting would be compromised, since the last court date will be especially important, whenever that may be.

My money says the lady in red is a social worker and nothing more. No one would give Chris this much attention unless she was being paid. The person who gave Rammspieler shit knows her way around a courthouse, is aware of Chris's trolls, and is looking out for him. That spells social worker or public defender. It's already been confirmed that it's not a journalist. I don't think it's a big mystery and I think people are making too big a deal out of it. At any rate we'll see in October.

Minor thoughts: Nobody needs to be doxxed, that's never a good idea for anybody. But it's natural to be curious as to why this person thinks she has the right to confront strangers at the courthouse, demanding why they are there. If she has some sort of official capacity, she's obliged to reveal that upfront, especially if asked. (I hope she confronts the wrong person on a bad day and gets severely verbally blasted.)

It's kinda sad that the forums are forced to suppress material because of the lowest common denominator on the site, the we.ens. Understandable but still sad.

@DrTremolo you still didn't define pickle. If you did indeed watch the unedited video, did you see something to indicate that the lady has more balls than previously photographed?

Well, it took them long enough, it's been 8 years. And if they are lurking here, they should consider this:
If Chris doesn't want attention, he should stay out of trouble.

I think what is lost on some people here is that while what @Rammspieler did was 100% legal (from my understanding of public venues), the recording of someone in public who is clearly mentally ill and is done to document someone who has received an epic amount of negative attention will provoke the attention of people who want to protect him. For example, why should @Null, the host of this board, have to receive communications from this person or others who will assert inaccurate claims or quote the law inaccurately in response to these videos being posted on here? Why should @Rammspieler be left exposed to being harassed in the same way? They aren't lawyers and they shouldn't have to have one on retainer to consult with about people saying that they are liable for X, Y and Z, even if the Terms of Use of the site indicate A, B and C and only L, M N, O, P were done. That can be stressful. Think about this. Do you really believe that the laugh or information gained from seeing a 30 second snippet of the video is greater than or equal to the pain in the ass they could have to deal with? All this shit adds up and @Null having to wake up every day and reading emails from pissed off people and having to take what they say seriously enough to consider the merits of their arguments can add up. The guy isn't living in his Mom's basement (I presume) and @Rammspieler has his own life. Unless she stopped and said to him "I am X and I am with <SJW Group Here> and we are taking full responsibility for Christine and his beautiful Mother so BACK THE FUCK OFF or we will get serious", then what's it worth, really? It's probably just her walking away and over to Barb. Hell... She might just be the PDs friend or wife or another PD who was hanging around that his PD asked to help. Might be a clerk or something, who cares?

We're here to document and laugh at Chris. No shit is too minor, but is this TRULY shit that matters? Do we need to know the name of the girl who serves him at the MuckyD's in C-ville, too because she facilitates his weight gain?

Just to clarify, was it confirmed that she isn't a journalist, or was it merely confirmed that she wasn't the journalist @Lipitor encountered last time?

Yes, this is possible. They have the same build. They are both professionally dressed. I did not get a good look at her, though.
