As things stand, he's just not important enough to bother with. I mostly agree with you, but at the end of the day, Bob doesn't have anything to lose. The Escapist let him go, and even if he wasn't such an unbelievably nasty piece of work, his writing and video skills are way below par to get him noticed at any major websites. He doesn't have the connections to break into filmmaking, even at the indie scale. His screenplays range from terrible to unintentionally hilarious, so he's not going to sell any. Basically all Bob is, his entire identity, is being an obnoxious loudmouth on Twitter. He could get banned or lose his checkmark, but so what if he does?
