He's pretty much Diet Trump foreign policy and immigration wise, and his obsessive need for people to fellate him for being "nice" has unironically caused the border camps to balloon in scope because he doesn't actually want to let any of these migrants in either.
He's not returning to the Iran deal, he's keeping the China tariffs, he's bombing Syria, and he's expanding the camps. Aside from the relief bill he negotiated down with his own party over, he's basically got fuck all to offer and a worse economy besides.
It turns just aping Trump's whole thing of assuming the vaccine will be a magic bullet wasn't the best idea, but it's not like he has anything else to offer.
