Science Man’s skin ‘peeled off’ in rare reaction to Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine - Safe and Effective

A Virginia man suffered a rare reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine that caused a painful rash to spread across his entire body and skin to peel off, doctors said.

Richard Terrell, 74, of Goochland began suffering strange symptoms four days after receiving the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, news station WRIC reported.

“I began to feel a little discomfort in my armpit and then a few days later I began to get an itchy rash, and then after that I began to swell and my skin turned red,” Terrell told the outlet.

But soon the rash covered his entire body, Terrell said.

“It all just happened so fast. My skin peeled off,” Terrell told the outlet.

“It was stinging, burning and itching. Whenever I bent my arms or legs, like the inside of my knee, it was very painful where the skin was swollen and was rubbing against itself,” he continued.

He went to the emergency room at the hospital, where doctors determined that he had experienced an adverse reaction to the vaccine, WRIC reported.

“We ruled out all the viral infections, we ruled out COVID-19 itself, we made sure that his kidneys and liver was okay, and finally we came to the conclusion that it was the vaccine that he had received that was the cause,” Dr. Fnu Nutan told the outlet.

She said that the medical episode could have been life-threatening if left untreated.

“Skin is the largest organ in the body, and when it gets inflamed like his was, you can lose a lot of fluids and electrolytes,” Nutan told the outlet.

Still, Nutan emphasized that such reactions are extremely rare.

“If you look at the risk for adverse reaction for the vaccine it’s really, really low,” she said. “We haven’t seen a great concern at all. I am a big proponent of the vaccine.”

You get flu-like symptoms. It sucks but its normal. You feel better eventually.

This? Idk why but it reminds me of that old guy who was on...was it GMA or Today Show, had purple skin. Like Violet from Willy Wonka. I believe he ended up dying afterwards?

Actually there were studies and research done on the vaccine that proved its efficacy (up to 95%). I know you rightards aren't the sharpest, but it's simple math. 95% is pretty damn good
You can't prove true efficacy in something that didn't exist a year ago. There's a reason why the FDA makes new medicines sit in jail for fifteen years before they hit the market. It's so you don't grow a third arm, or have your skin dissolved after taking something that can potentially fuck with your body's equilibrium. Stop denying science.

Imagine being one of those people who tries to talk up bargoers about single payer healthcare, and the evils of Big Pharma, but when there's a chance to make yourself look like a good, morally righteous boy on the internet for the upcummies, they're the best thing since sliced bread, and the lone saviors of this world.

I'm usually not so direct about these things, but fuck you, scumbag. You assholes will heelturn at any available opportunity just to make yourselves look agreeable or morally sound. You never gave a fuck about Granny, you're just another faggot narcissist.

What, you mean Papa Smurf? The blue guy? He turned blue from some silver compound in a medication (and it could be reversed) but since he lived with it for so long it became "his thing".
I think he died of cancer.

I seem to distinctly recall those exact same pictures coming up when I did a search for really bad sunburns a few years back. I remember the fucked up-looking feet the most.

Maybe just a coincidence I guess.
The swollen feet and patchy back also happens with topical steroids. It's why most countries except America limit even weak stuff like Hydrocortisone to 15g without a prescription.

There's a tranny lolcow on here whose name I can't remember that has skin falling off like this. I bet it's due to self medicating topical steroids.

It was from colloidal silver, which is not a medication and was some weird alternative medicine bullshit.

The fact that you can't sue the pharmaceutical companies for damages from the "vaccine" should be screamingly suspicious to most people about how safe they are to take.
It was the same with the swine flu vaccine that gave a bunch of people narcolepsy, they had to take legal action against the government rather than the company that made it. That one was given emergency authorisation under similar circumstances.

You'd think people would have learned their lesson.

<snip>..where the DOD and FDA said certain ingredients were not in the vaccine..<snip>
@Jet Fuel Johnny Didn't you share something (loosely) corroborating this a while back? I'd have to do some digging, but I'm fairly certain you had brought it up before. Something about essentially being a guinea pig for some shady shit?

They tested the anthrax, influenza, and chicken pox vaccines on military members. I was an unlucky motherfucker. The military is considered the best control group for testing experimental shit because their lives are highly monitored and controlled and their medical records are complete and up to date as well as their exposure to shit and their diet and health. Plus, their health is usually really good compared to civilians. Lastly, because they have free medical care, they aren't afraid to go to the hospital when shit goes sideways (In theory, in truth, you learn REALLY fast to avoid going to sick call or the ER unless you're bleeding to death or have a bone sticking out).

Experimental vaccines aren't fun.

I kind of get something like that on my neck and chest when I'm out in the heat for too long, except that it doesn't get that red, nor does it hurt.
