It's damn near amazing how despite all this drek he manages to pump out he consistently maintains the same shitty level of skill. I'm going to regret saying this but at least Chris' art did manage to 'improve' slightly over time. Hell, creepy as it might sound comparing the two there's a lot in common between them.

Chris believes that cartoon characters exist in some sort of Toon World while Tommy just keeps doing crossovers that make no fucking sense with different franchises mixed together.
They both get their Original, Do Not Steal! concepts and characters from preexisting ones.
There's no context for their setups or jokes and there's plot holes a plenty.
Both insert Mary Sue's into their art and make themselves the stars. Chris starred in Sonichu, egoist that he is and it seems fairly obvious Tommy is using Kirby as his self-insert.
Neither have any qualms about drawing art about children killing people, i.e. Sandy taking part in a murder by mutilating a mans genitals and H/S murdering people left and right, though honestly I can't tell ages when everyone looks the fucking same.
Both use shitty, archaic art styles; MS paint and fucking Crayola markers and copy paper.
Both think their stupid ideas are not only praise-worthy but should have movies, video games and fans that give them shit. Chris started selling medallions and art and Tommy thinks people actually (genuinely) want to commission his art.

I'm sure there's plenty more but those tend to be the glaring ones for me. Course I'm no expert but it's based on observations and such.

Other than that the only edgy one is Bolt, Rave and Twister are pretty much recolurs of Sonia and Manic.

Firstly how does the first part relate to the second part.
Secondly does he need to actually wait for the rare occasion of a thunder storm before his power is of any use.
