Just from a technical standpoint, the vulture tat is really the best one she's gotten. The technique is good, even if the subject is trash.

And, no, you don't get a bunch of random stupid shit tagged on in random places. As another person pointed out: this is why you plan and consult with your artist(s). Even with trad designs that you're picking off the wall, and especially because Anisa has said she wants full sleeves, you need to be mindful of your neg space and the placement of your work. If you just throw some big shit into random places and pepper random stuff around it without a plan, you're going to wind up with small, awkwardly shaped patches that can only be filled with basic designs if they can be filled at all (without covering previous pieces). That's how you end up with the "I got these tattoos out of a 50c sticker machine" look.
