Actually, your technique of insulting people could use some work. When you just throw cusses at your opponents it's rather ineffective. Actually it may look like you got angry, and once you get angry while your opponent keeps cool head it's pretty much a lost argument: you'll get yourself provoked or say too much and give your opponent some free shots.
Side note, most of the times I can't tell if you got angry or if it's an act, so that's an useful skill.

I've seen her alternating between polite conversation and some heavy cusses depending on who she was responding to. Someone who's really angry wouldn't be able to do this kind of thing, or at least it would be rather difficult.

Bipolar - most certainly not. Pamela's output is more consistent than probably most people. There are no signs of maniac and depressive episodes.
Schizophrenic - questionable. Person suffering from unmedicated schizophrenia would deteriorate over the years to the point they wouldn't be able to function in society in any capacity and at some point would get themselves in enough trouble to get arrested \ committed. And without proper support - probably abuse substances which doesn't appear to be the case here.
