Even past all the deep stuff, the dynamics between women throughout childhood to adolescence is completely different than the dynamic between men.

Someone who is an adult male cannot possibly begin to understand how to interact with a woman on the "feminine level" that they wish to achieve. It's never going to be natural. A woman is still going to feel like she's talking to a man, no matter how big his tits are, because men are socialized differently from thr start.

Honestly, if FtMs make an actual effort (ie going to the gym and get ripped) then they can usually "pass" pretty well as short guys in images.
