That’s my point. Tamir was either taught at a young age to hate cops and constantly reinforced to do “silly” things like threaten them, or his parents irresponsibly provided a realistic BB gun to him and never taught him how to use it responsibly, or he was taught how to handle it or acquired it outside of his family and did the most retarded thing you could in that situation, as kids sometimes do.
