This is nothing more than paranoid delusions and complete ignorance of what is going on. Transgender people aren't confused about anything but why ignorant asshole cishet people insist on harming us.
Here's the way it works:
1. Child declares that they are the gender opposite their sex.
2. Parent says, "no, you have to be A because you have B kind of junk between your legs"
3. Child insists that they are A despite having B.
4a. Parent punishes child, forcing them to be B
b. Child's behavioral health breaks down and 41% will kill themselves
4b. Parent consults pediatrician. Doctor recommends allowing the child to make their own decisions about how they wear their hair, their clothing, toys and playmates, without pushing them in either direction, just letting them be themselves. Right here, there are less drugs needed because the behavioral health comorbidities disappear. Puberty blockers are only prescribed to children that have been consistently insistent in their gender expression years. Nobody is rushing into drugs and surgery. That's willful stupidity talking.
c. Child grows into a healthy, productive transgender adult who may or may not have their genitals modified to match their gender identity.
