Yeah it's obviously a terrible idea, but at least when considering my county court house I highly doubt it'd be hard to walk right in wearing them or putting them in the basket before the metal detector. It's still a ridiculous can of worms with no real payoff though. Had no idea it was an actual crime.
 
It's probably not a crime in most places to just have it. It's just as un-incognito as Chris when the metal detector guy sees you bringing camera shades to a government building.
 
I think the best approach if you want to get close to Chris without sending off too many sperg alarms is a professional one; someone well groomed, well dressed and acting professional might lull him (and his mother) into a more reserved state. Looking like some random person, especially someone who Chris would suspect to be a filthy man, only sends him on the defensive. So instead make him think you want to honestly interview him, asking questions that don't set off signals and you'd probably get him to talk your fucking ear off. The one thing about talking to autistics is comfort. If they feel threatened or sense anger they start to turtle up almost immediately.

Wut?!? This is local court personnel/officers in Cville Virginia we're talking about... Their biggest troublemakers are witnesses and visitors who insist on having their tobacco chew spit-cans with in court, and things of that nature.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of them still hadn't gotten their 9/11-see-something-say-something-terror-training done.

Someone who possibly deserves his own thread. He is a crazed autist who has expressed sympathy for school shooters.

But more interestingly, he is one of the most autistic of Daria fanfic writers, even having his own TVTropes page on his incredibly autistic fanfiction involving a bullied self-insert who ends up fucking Daria. Note, this written by a dude in his 30s at the time.

He also responds badly to criticism on his article on the DariaWiki, which he wrote himself and is full of his dox.

So basically, full exceptional individual here.

I understand your skepticism. But if you think about it, I am sure you'll realize that any meaningful proof would reveal my identity and the identity of the reporter. And even then, this wouldn't be conclusive.

The only definitive evidence that a mainstream publication is planning to publish a story about Chris is a story about Chris appearing in the mainstream media. I guess you'll have to wait to see if/when that happens.

I don't think the name of the publication would disclose anything, but until anything is published I'll continue to doubt it. But if your right I have a trilby I will eat.

Edit, well seeing that's out of the bag courtesy of @cat I think it's safe to be a little more forthcoming.
