This has been known for a long while, this video is not a new revelation by any means. This is how voting is done in large, primarily black, cities. It even goes further back to the days of political bosses. A political boss pays a bunch of micks and wops to find 10,000 votes for someone and magically enough they’re able to find it.
Fun fact, this is how Joe Kennedy was able to cinch the election for JFK in 1960 as this method of getting votes was used in Chicago and Kansas City to push Illinois and Missouri over the edge for him. Wikipedia’s “argument” against this is real interesting.
