What's with all the breaks? It's like a flipbook.
At least they were legit this time. They had to go over some things before the trial ACTUALLY continued...
  • Video Evidence disputes
  • Juror scanning to maker sure none of them are doing anything stupid
  • Defense making sure the Prosecution won't pull any dumb tricks
I'd rather have breaks that result from shit getting done rather than breaks that result from no progress made.

So theyre going to cut the broadcast when it’s the defense’s turn aren’t they?
Whatcha guys thinkin?
“Technical difficulties” when the MD shows up 😂
"Mr Doctor Man do you think George Floyd had drugs in his system"
"That Nigger was Higher than Cheech and Chong climbing Mt Everest."
*Feed cuts off*

I also find it strange how it has become a literal black and white issue here. I had a conversation with a coworker of mine (I think they're Armenian, idk I'm socially retarded) about how obsessive people are about race here and they brought up how strange it was for them to just be seen as "white" as opposed to Armenian. You're either "white" or "minority" and people base their views of you on that. I don't think many ethnic groups here besides the occasional Irish, Italian, Native American or Mexican care about their specific heritage outside of that.

There's too much political outrage to make into your entire identity as a human being I guess. Gender is a big identity thing here too.
I think its because it was historically beneficial to be considered white so people began to identify as such. That various European ethnic groups interbred to a huge degree certainly helped in that regard. I think another example of this is various non- Han ethnic groups in China identifying as Han as its beneficial atm the same as white used to be. Non-Hans do face discrimination in housing, work, camping etc. Also in both of these examples most of the ethnic groups that identify under these races (super ethnic groups idk) look very similar. If you look at a Dutch person and someone from Germany can you really tell the difference in most cases?

TLDR: Amerimutts lmao

Why is the prosecution so obsessed with shocking people in cardiac arrest
Once flatlined, chances of getting the heart going again begin to drop rapidly, as shocking them doesn’t get the electrical signals working again.

I’m gonna hazard a guess there thrust is that had they begun CPR immediately, the heart wouldn’t have gone flat. So establishing the delay in the shock is important

Why is the prosecution so obsessed with shocking people in cardiac arrest
It's bizarre, like completely irrelevant, but maybe now that the doctor has said "no, we don't shock CA patients" they'll drop it.
Maybe they're angling for "Chauvin and co. could have rendered care on the street because reviving him wouldn't have required any equipment the police at the scene didn't already have."

Defense is getting a lot of overruled objections here though, and Cahill looks frustrated in the sidebar.

Prosecutor looks pretty smug coming back to the podium

If we rule out drugs, and therefor the heart issues, pulmonary edema, and erratic behavior it would 100% be Chauvin's fault
That’s the dumbest thing I’ve seen you write. It’s like saying “If you rule out gunshot wounds, JFK apparently dropped dead for no reason”.
Firstly, there is no conclusive link between Floyd’s drug levels and the heart attack that killed him. Secondly, as you would supposedly know, healthy people have died on smaller doses of opiates than Floyd had taken. Thirdly, his heart- the thing that the coroner concluded had killed him by giving out- was basically stuffed with rich creamery butter. As well as using meth and opiates he was also a tobacco smoker and cannabis user.
Chauvin’s optics were really bad, no doubt. But saying Chauvin killed Floyd ignores the fact that Floyd had been killing himself slowly for at least two decades before Chauvin showed up.

Beautiful friends, I'm at work right now. Could anyone give me a rundown of what's happening?
Prosecutors have the doctor who declared Floyd dead on the stand and are asking him about potential causes of death. Possibly the best witness for the prosecution so far in that he hasn't shit himself in court, but the defense hasn't crossed yet.

These people are not from multicultural countries. If that Armenian guy goes to Sierra Leone and he's in a bar, he will be "the white guy." If a Nigerian goes to Russia, he is "the black guy." The entire world operates this way, I truly don't understand Europoors who get here and are amazed people don't have the same autistic understanding of 1800s ethnic boundaries in the Balkans or whatever the fuck they're always on about. There is no dumb Han vs. Wigger Chinese in America, you're just Chinese if you're in a Chinese area, and if you're in a mall surrounded by whites, arabs, blacks, and hispanics you're "asian." I see boring ass internet people going on and on about how white and black don't exist, it's a psyop, it's brainwashing, they can all lick my nuts. It's what happens when, despite the French and British historically hating each other, you realize you have way more in common than a room full of Koreans and Africans who are eating chicken feet and drying their babies by smashing them against the wall.

This might work out well for the defense because they're asking the doctor what killed Floyd and he's like "fuck if I know."

ETA: "I didn't think it was excited delerium because there was no report that the patient had been very sweaty."

Bruh, when the paramedics pulled Floyd off the sidewalk, there was a pool of sweat left on the sidewalk.

Sithraki. If you remove the giant hole in his head JFK did just drop dead. Just like if you remove the drugs, all the drugs, Floyd dropped dead. It’s retarded but it’s what the prosecution is trying to do.
