The Book of Revelation is a Christian text. It was written in Koine Greek by a Christian seer who called himself Ἰωάννης (Ioannis) in the text. He is often dubbed John of Patmos by scholars since the text described John as living there at the time of writing. Scholars have also determined this was likely not the same author as the one who wrote the Gospel of John or the epistles of 1/2/3 John, based on the style and skill of the author's Greek.

Again, this text was written in Koine Greek, NOT Hebrew or Aramaic. It is NOT part of the Jewish Scriptures according to any denomination of Judaism.
