The jury cannot possibly be responding well to these witnesses.

Much flowchart. Many decision.
To me it sounds like over the years they've been softening the police, which damages the department more than helps them. I expect a cop to deal with the situation in a firm straight-forward manner, not to act like the same pussy-footing faggots in these groups that all these SJWs like to create.

No real need, just declare that you've already completely made up your mind, no evidence can change it, and you've already decided you're convicting/acquitting. Let me on this jury and I'm making X decision, no matter what. Also I'll tell the entire jury about jury nullification if you let me on. You will be gone so fucking fast your head will spin.

Yea I lived in some rural country side for most of my life. Never got called for jury duty. Didn't even know what it was really. Then I moved to a county that also contained a large metro city. Every 3 years (the minimum "duty period") like clockwork I got called for jury duty. Have to get up early, drive downtown, fight through pan handlers at every stop light, fight to find parking, pay to park, then find the main entrance to the court house only to have to go through security where they'd confiscate any of my pocket knifes and/or toe nail clippers.

At least we'd get paid, a whole $10 per day for our service! The first time I was called, I really didn't know what to do. I was eventually ushered into a courtroom type setting where the two attorneys and judge talked about details of the trail for several hours until lunch time. And right before lunch, they told half of us that we were excused and didn't have to come back. That was the first time. The second time, I had to come back after lunch for the official round of "picking". I wanted to make up stuff just to get out but felt immoral about doing such a thing. For this case, apparently a man was harassing his ex-wife over cb or ham radio or something like that and cops were called on him. Something happened on arrival of the cops and it was made clear that what the cops stated happened and what the defendant stated happened would differ greatly. So the attorney asked if anyone held police officers to a "higher standard" than the general public and would believe their testimony more so over a layman. I raised my hand as that was actually my opinion and they quickly got rid of me. I realized then that you are not judged by a "jury of your peers", but by a jury of opinion-less fools that have nothing better to do with their time.

The NPCs need flowcharts to update their programming. No fucker goes down a flow chart when it comes time to overcome a large, tripping and resisting guy. Senior officers love those models, trainers show them to you during training and tells you to ignore all the bullshit in the moment, just make what you did fit the charts in your report.

I've long been disturbed by the prospect of being judged by jury. I don't know how most people are so stupid to think it's a good system.

Like hell I want the same assholes who don't wipe their own piss off public toilets to be judging me, nor do I consider them my peers. Fuck that I'd rather have state appointed actors judge me.

>Talks about neck restraints
>defense already proven that the knee was not on the neck
holy shit is this guy using internet explorer in his brain or something?
Also, they are going in depth about how a blood choke needs pressure on both carotid arteries, when Chauvin's knee was only on one side lol. This guy is like a mentally challenged Phoenix Wright.

It's worth pointing out the prosecution's current witness is this man. He was promoted to his current position after a mere two years of employment (and was promoted every two years immediately after.)

Man, I thought something was fishy about that guy. Every two years he was promoted higher up. I was thinking he was either completely inept and was being pushed into more and more desk type jobs or this was some affirmative action scam. I have a relative that was a director at Southwest Airlines. He went 10 years with no promotion or a raise (granted, he was pulling over $200k per year). Then slowly all of his higher ups were replaced by indians, muslims and black people. Then with covid shut downs looming, he was laid off with a years pay severance package (only him).

They've already done it again, just avoided giving it a dumb name. Right now in Minneapolis around the George Floyd memorial, anarchists have taken over the area so much that the roads are blocked off and police cannot enter there. This will be ground zero of shit blowing up if Chauvin is found not guilty.

I love the giant clenched fist monument. These idiots either don't know or don't care that this is a symbol of collective authoritarianism. It is a symbol of authority in the exact same vein as the Fasces. Individually each finger is broken, but together it is strong. And able to impose their collective will. My money is on them knowing exactly what it means. I just wish the normies would figure it out. The people that will is to be imposed upon is them. Never forgetti.
