Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

There's an easy way for them to do it, especially in Democrat run states:

-Jack up your property taxes. Like you go from paying $2000 a year to $20,000
-Confiscate houses of those who can't pay, make them migrant housing
-if you take in a family or two with 5 kids, the wife's sister and her boyfriend, and abuela, you can get a discount to like $5000 a year and keep your house

I could see local HUD commissars going around and asking-"Does your family of 3 really need such a large house? You could fit like 10 refugees in here."

No big business ever has a noble reason for wanting more regulations on its industry.

Bezos and his ilk don't even need privileges nor bailouts. They're at a point where full or majority automation is inbound, or rather "them making their own bailouts."

That might fly in democrat states but around here I think it'd legit start an insurrection.
