Correct on all points. Not impossible but very hard these days.
If we are going to see a sitting president assassinated in the current day and age, my money is on some Secret Service going Praetorian Guard type plot.
Not remotely likely but one of the most likely of all options.

You’ve got a deranged, senile fruitcake in charge, all you have to do is leave the red carpet a little bit rumpled at the top of the Air Force One stairs and gravity and osteoporosis will do the rest.

Another thing that is missing in this prosecution is motive. There has been a ton of emotional appeals, and explanations for why Chauvins actions were double plus bad, but there has been no attempt to ascribe a motive for it. I have always thought "intent to kill" was a critical component of Murder. The very thing that defines it from Manslaughter. Manslaughter you are so recklessly stupid that you end up killing someone. You may not have wanted too, but you did. Murder however needs intent. You meant for the person to die. We are getting none of that. The only side bringing up Chauvins state of mind is the defense.
Someone earlier in thread pointed out that they are high on their own supply, no doubt fomented by the politically motivated nature of their actions

So I have tried as best I could to catch up on this trial while returning to work this week, but with them interviewing professionals I have questions I haven't come across yet in my catching up, or reading through this thread.
I keep seeing how this is "All because of a counterfeit $20" Did they ever establish what IS exactly the protocol for the MPD when it comes to counterfeit currency? Is it a citation? A ticket? What? Also how exactly is the responding Officer(s) supposed to react if the person who they are showing up to engage about the counterfeit currency is behind the wheel of a fucking SUV high off of his balls foaming at the mouth basically experiencing psychosis due to unknown drugs being in his system?
Has the defense asked these questions of the witnesses?
Sorry if this has been addressed here, I am attempting to catch up as best as I can but this has been bugging me, it seems like it should or would be extremely important when it comes to setting some much needed context to the entire trial.
From what I understand from watching this case everyday Monday-Friday of last week they very well established Floyd was high off of his fucking balls and it was apparent to everyone on scene, even inside of the store, the only people who didn't know were the emotional witnesses who showed up to film 10-15minutes after the whole altercation began.

Because all cops, and especially white cops, are inherently racist, and go kill-crazy upon detection of melanin. Ibrahim Kendi, Tim Wise, and Robin Whats-her-cunt say so, so it must be true.

Hell at one point, the fat plainclothes Fire Fighter bitch who was on the Witness stand implied there was some kind of conspiracy between the Police, EMTs and Fire Fighters to delay response time til Floyd died.

IIRC knowingly passing counterfeit currency is ‘uttering’ and is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

I am interested in Joe Biden's response to a potential category 5 chimp out.
same as it literally always is, of course

playbook is always the same:
1. incite racial tension and unrest because it's a goldmine to get people to vote for you (he hates you, I love you, vote me!)
2. let the riots go and tacitly encourage to bring race even more to front of people's minds
3. continue until it reflects negatively in polling
4. stop talking about it/lip service say its bad and use it as ammo to talk about wypipo be raciss in the future (when this fuels fire and has people ask about racial issues, return to step 1)

the US has gone from people genuinely thinking racism was dead and fading just like 2-3 decades ago, to it being a common sentiment that the US is systemically racist and large portions of the white population hate non-whites, and non-whites are justified in their hatred for whites. All while literally no laws have changed, and in fact tons have been added to pressure against/punish racism. Politicians very cannily exploited race as a tool to garner votes, and got so good at it they managed to spark actual racial tension that's now steering towards even worse than what they said it was. like a game of telephone that starts off "im gonna help black people" and ends with "they're gonna put y'all back in chains", and that's not a made up quote.
America is in the midst of a fabricated state of racial tension that was so well done it managed to become real

"Uh oh! Too many prunes! Poo poo time!"**frrrrrrrt** *wet sounds** like most of his thoughts, duh.

Maybe remembering a really good episode of "The Price is right" where he got a handy during the Showcase showdown.
The Bob Barker days, not this Drew Carey shit.

Is it sad that I instantly recognized John Crawford as JOAN Crawford?

There were not two autopsies. There was one, the real autopsy, and then they paid a liar for hire to make up some shit after looking at the results of the first autopsy because it doesn't prove their case. The liar for hire is Dr. Michael Baden, a quack who helped O.J. Simpson get off for murdering his wife and helped Scientology get off for starving a woman to death in a weird cult ritual.
Afaik he never investigated the body but only watched the video and based his conclusions solely on that:
"George Floyd had a windpipe on the back of his neck and Derek Chauvin crushed it while saying: That's what you deserve, Nigger"

I'll bet they looked really hard for witnesses to talk about Chauvin being a bigot. Surely they would have led with that if they had anything at all though.
