I am Brazilian and the dialogue in here is really interesting.

The men sound very angry at something that the guy tied in the car did:
"Tie his hand, first"
"Look at troublemaker. Look at the rapist!"
"Why did you do that?!" - multiple men say that in clear anger
"Why did you say that you would take the woman's life?!"
The guy in car: "But I never said that..."
"You didn't say that?!"
"You didn't do that?!"
"Speak the truth!"
The guy in car stays in silence. What makes them more angry and scream louder
"Open your mouth, shit! Can't you hear my friend making a question?!"
"You did or you didn't?!" - The guy holding the camera keeps repeating this question. No response.
"Tell me!!!"

Then, they start screaming and hitting him... and then they put him at the ground and kill him

Multiple men call him 'safado' during the whole video. On the English language, it means 'naughty' or 'pervert'. Looks like the men think that he is either a rapist, or creep, or something.

I've only ever seen nigerian justice on rapists/creeps/ child molestors a la caving their head in with a hard metal object and setting them on fire or at least beating them with thick sticks and setting their crotch on fire so its intriguing how Brazillians deal with them ergo kidnapping and shooting.

My guess is the victim told friends or relatives and they knew the guy or questioned around looking for him. It seems like they're from a favela so getting info wouldn't seem so hard to obtain on a specific person

I really want gun control to be gone in this country.

Not because I want a bunch of dipshits making Frank Castle larps, but because I want the people to have the right to self defend.

I remember this back in 97 and I remember seeing the whole thing where the ambulance came and parts of their bodies were decapitated. Only thing is that they were not really teenagers. They had fake IDs claiming they were teens. The male was a 24 year old named Lawrence E. Cooley & the female was a 30 year old named Barbara Stoner. The male was killed and ejected on impact but the female survived for like a couple of hours then died. Also they had a history of thefts.
