Twitch: "Our Plan for Addressing Severe Off-Service Misconduct"

TL;DR: If you livestream on Twitch, Jeff Bezos is paying a 3rd party private investigation firm to spy on every fucking thing you do. They've also opened a tipline at <osit@twitch.tv> to narc on your favorite Twitch streamers.
Does a slight hatred of any minority of color count as racism? Asking for a real friend.

There's not a ton of lolcows here that use twitch as their main platform, the only ones I can think of would be Mike from PA, Hasan Piker and that batshit insane deer tranny who is still on twitch staff.
Not a shock that when you hire jewish trannies who work for the ADL that you end up with this.

Disclaimer; I am not a lawyer, just a drunk shitposter.
Genuinely wondering if there's some way I can make it unlawful for Twitch or "third-party investigation firms" in association with Twitch to use the site.
Create a popup on the front page in the style of an EULA that says ”by clicking ’Proceed’ you acknowledge that you are not working for Twitch” or something similar.

Welp, time for some schizo to mail that tip line the years' worth of Darksydephil footage off YT. I know fuckall's gonna happen, but it's funny to imagine them getting flooded with classic DSP quotes such as "Leave it to a jew to drop in uninvited!"

Doesn't Blizzard this? In their ToS if you are a naughty boy on Twitter, YouTube or Faceberg.

"You can't play our games if you hate CCP! Stop being racist, trans rights, BLM, ACAB!"

Frankly I'm suprised Twitch is this late to employ Blizzard tier chink snitches

It's written in Blizzard account code of conduct, I wish I was kidding.

It wouldn't stop them. Null can't even keep King of Pol off this site.

I expect this to have the same results as Twitch moderation already does, i.e. people who do minor things but don't fill Bezos' pockets as much get axed on first offense for things like forgetting to say some troon's pronouns, but Alinity, DSP, et al still get off the hook even if it's discovered by the spies that they're running child trafficking rings or some shit like that.

I'm pretty sure following the actions of people off-site is all sorts of fucking illegal. It's none of your fucking business what people do when they're not using your site. This is the sort of thing you expect from China.
