Twitch: "Our Plan for Addressing Severe Off-Service Misconduct"

Honestly, this won't have any impact on Twitch largely because the streamers that are already in good with Twitch staff are going to continue to be able to do whatever they want. Recall earlier this year when it came out that there was hidden metrics, including the streamer's relationship with Twitch staff? This just seems like trying to scare their streamers into being optical and to cover this bases, it just says that it'll work with law firms if it finds anything of interest.

Cybersecurity researcher Daylam Tayari has found evidence in Twitch’s internal API that the site plans to implement something called a “brand safety score” for its streamers. That score would depend on a number of criteria: the streamer’s age, a rating given by Twitch staff, their ban history, the relationship the streamer has with Twitch, their automod settings, their partnership status, the ESRB rating of the game being played, and whether the stream is set to mature.

TL;DR: If you livestream on Twitch, Jeff Bezos is paying a 3rd party private investigation firm to spy on every fucking thing you do. They've also opened a tipline at <osit@twitch.tv> to narc on your favorite Twitch streamers.

Genuinely wondering if there's some way I can make it unlawful for Twitch or "third-party investigation firms" in association with Twitch to use the site.
And the pay is rather nice, I might add. I get 25$ per hour.

Off-service investigations are significantly more complex, so we've partnered with a third-party investigations law firm, with immense experience in this area, to ensure our off-Twitch investigations are as thorough and swift as possible. This is a huge step forward in making Twitch safer for everyone.
Lolcow LLC new business opportunity?

So..... What is the point to streaming on Twitch over YouTube now?

YouTube might be garbage, but at least their community standards are looser for streamers and they do not have a bunch of troons and deer people deciding your fate. While also monitoring and punishing you for off site shit.

Twitch is some draconian hellscape at this point

How long until Wings of Redemption and DSP are permanently banned?
LOOK HERE, DON'T YOU THINK THAT I ALREADY THOUGHT OF THAT? GOD, ALLA YOU ARE SO STEWPID TO THINK I HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF THAT. BAN ANYONE THAT SAYS TWITCH, JEFF BEZOS, SIMP, CUCK, FATASS, BUTTER GOLEM, LARD LAD, OR ZOO CREW IN THA CHAT.

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for lulz, I can tell you I don't have a sense of humour. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you comply with the TOS that would be the end of it, i I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you say nigger online, even once, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
