No! Isn't it clear as day that the prosecution is shitting bricks and sweating bullets? We have them now, and the Chauvin will walk! /sneed

Christ, this why one side we all know and roll our eyes at keeps losing. Qtard shit like saying/believing the opposition is down for the count numerous times before they actually are, for realz this time, promise, is what kills me. Good to hold faith, but trust me, they are not scared.

For the Beanie Man though, those "IT"S OVER"-esque titles sure make grifting easy.
Essentially it's the "here's how Trump can still win" all over again.

(All that follows has already been covered in the thread)
Chauvin, as many have noted already, is getting slammed with something. What is sort of irrelevant (it's not but as people have noted riots are happening one way or another) but as things stand the murder charges even with the biased jury, media reporting etc. is looking annoyingly difficult.
So he's probably getting manslaughter. Rough but I would say arguably justifiable since he is essentially getting a performance review with absolutely 0 leeway. I'm hit and miss even now on if he deserves it. I think he might have helped himself with a bit more tact but equally the mob present might have reacted to that by rushing him after he showed weakness so saying he should have done X is impossible to be certain on since we do not know how the mob might have reacted.
There's a chance that 20-30 years he turns up with backing and wins a civil case that he was basically turned into a political scapegoat. He may even manage a lesser success in the next 10-20 getting settlements from various media outlets as per the Covington stuff.

He can't win. Best case he can survive, endure and maybe exit the far side with a life. But that's the absolute optimal outcome.

All cops are bastards because of two cases you cite.
But we can’t point out that all niggers are dangerous violent apes despite their sky high violent felony rates and disproportionate rates of interracial assault and homicide.
GTFO with your hypocrisy, you fucking coon.
Are you huffing that Blue Line shoe polish or something?

I'm pointing out people are rightfully outraged when idiotic cops threaten peoples lives over their own mistakes.

Here's another one, car reported stolen only because the the sheriffs department never got around to removing the car from their stolen database.

Full SEAL Team Six LARP and officers laughing after they threatened to murder two innocent women.

And again, 110% the fault of law enforcement.

Doubt it, the case is really that bad.

The Freddie Gray is a prime example of a case that made no sense but the prosecution charged ahead anyway to appease the woke mob.

For reference, Mosby's theory of the crime is that Freddie Gray was purposely and repeatedly bashed around the back of a police van but her own medical examiner claimed his injuries were sustained by a single high energy impact likely from standing up in the van.

As I recall after failing on 3 or 4 officers she didn't even try the remaining 2 or 3.

Or the clown show of the Zimmerman trial where the star witness was an unlikable, incoherent, liar.
Ehh I suppose it's just my conspiratorial side acting up. People like having a coherent narrative to make sense of this chaotic world, myself included. Stepping back and thinking about it some more, the case is really a hard one on the prosecutions side, since they're trying to prove some form of negligence or malice on the side of Chauvin but judging from witness statements he more or less acted according to protocol for the situation. I suppose coming to a specific conclusion on what's likely to be a months long trial is pretty stupid anyway. Shit could go sideways for the defense real quick.

Bruh all these cops that get acquitted or mistrialed go on living their lives, you never hear about how cop who killed dindu and got away with it now has a terrible life. Their connections in the police union take care of em

The pastebin was updated for Day 7 of the trial.

Day 7:

Absolute shitshow for the prosecution according to this defense attorney: https://lawofselfdefense.com/chauvi...-slaughters-on-cross-of-states-own-witnesses/

>Mo Lester Hall - the fentanyl supplier - pleads the Fifth: https://youtu.be/tkwJ1FQotVU
>Sum Ting Wong is a crisis intervention counselor, Nelson gets him to recant almost everything: https://youtu.be/6UmPuPT0aqg
>Johnny Mercil is a use-of-force instructor. Prosecution paints use of force as a black-and-white picture, Nelson gets him to admit there are shades of grey: https://youtu.be/xog7DRLbcN8
>Nicole MacKenzie, Medical Support Coordinator. Such a huge disaster for the prosecution that the defense is calling her back next Tuesday: https://youtu.be/JHQVqqvw-sQ
>Jody Stiger, bought to you by MN taxpayers: https://youtu.be/aAq30gDHxWw. Not finished.

Key moments:
>Nelson challenges you to fisticuffs: https://youtu.be/2P6XMdZgxdc
>Nelson gets MacKenzie to come back AS A DEFENSE WITNESS: https://youtu.be/bD2W5YFjwww
>Why yes, a crowd of angry nigs made us scoop and go: https://youtu.be/NzvQieZEzEk
>Nooooo you can't say if fentanyl is lethal!: https://youtu.be/X19_whX1a_0
>Nooooo you can't say if speedballs are lethal!:https://youtu.be/w5pDArqfcYQ
>State demonstrates the "hobble" position: https://youtu.be/wAk-z0L3isg
>Exhibit #111, The Dumb and Dumber slide, is entered into evidence: https://youtu.be/QSZP93gOdXg

>Nelson has use-of-force training expert admit to ignoring phony cries of medical distress, restraining until EMS arrival, and that Chauvin used both a "not unauthorized" hold and that the shin was over the back, knee on shoulder-blade
>Nelson WOLOLOs medical training expert, she will return next week as a DEFENSE WITNESS

>Prosecution is still calling their witnesses to give testimony and entering exhibits into evidence.
>When the prosecution’s witnesses are done, then the defense will call their witnesses.
>Hall expected to testify after denial of blanket invocation of the 5th; we should know more during pre-trial.

I think people are saying:
Go with the police v. a South Chicago citizen.

Fingers crossed. But I don't think he's getting acquitted or mistrialed.

Nelson passing on cross, done for the day. Boo.
He probably knows the prosecution was wasting time. I thought for sure this was going to be a 6pm'er Central Time, but luckily the jewess didn't take as long and screw up as much as she did the last time she was questioning witnesses.
