Is there a way to prevent a new smartphone with new service from leaking data that would link me with past accounts on services I was banned from?

Just want to be able to use the goshdamn quest 2 because It's a Godsend for physically handicapped users thanks to some of it's features, it would be ideal in my case.

Previously I had followed the advice of the members here and had managed to get back into facebook to be able to use facebook products, however, a few days ago before my quest 2 shipped I was banned again, they somehow detected me even though I took every conceivable precaution I could think of owing in large part to Josh's thread on securing your shit.

My only hope I have left is to completely isolate with a new phone, with a new service and a new online identity using its exclusively ( for facebook )it's connection paired with ample security measures to try to dodge this ban with finality.

I know you all say Zuckbook is aids, but I'm really sick (Lupus) and stuck in a bed from a young age and vr is basically all I have to interact with the world, if I can use quest 2 I can live some sembalence of a life online instead of sleeping my life away all day and eating, medicating and just existing staring up at my ceiling waiting to fall asleep again in and unending shitty cycle ; /

I hope someone can point me in the right resource for doing this, my searches have revealed little in the way of what I am looking to do, and are all returning info about physically securing the device against hackers, not really what I am looking for.

When creating new account, make sure following are not linked to your identity or formerly banned accounts:
IP address - use VPN
email
delete cookies or install new browser just for faceberg
phone number - if needed

thankyou, though I am curious, I have the unlimited package on it and only intended to ever use the phone for its net, since its 5g and im covered here and it would be better then what I have here at the house, since the oculus will be using the phones connection would then not a vpn be needed? I ask because vpns slow everything down to a point of unuse-ability for anything like gaming in my experience, I would think that would include social interaction in a vr social sandbox

VPN should make the PING only a bit higher. As far as I'm aware it is not possible to share VPN over hotspot or tether without rooting. If you are using a PC to run that VR device and login to facebook you should use a VPN on that. Imagine VPN to be condom and the Internet as some whore's cunt.

Dumb question but was your new account on Facebook validated with a phone number?

You can get a prepaid sim with like 10 min talk time for $5 to $10 and use that

Here is an unbeatable plan
1. Get a new IP
2. Get burner phone
3. Make up a trans persona
4. Make new FB account using trans persona
5. Don't post retarded shit
6. Link your Quest 2 to your new account

So you'd be running a hotspot on your phone, and then connecting both your PC and the Quest 2 to the phone's hotspot? If that's the case, I don't think you'd need a VPN. The new phone shouldn't be tied to your ID, and by using it as a 5G hotspot all the traffic would be coming from the phone's IP.

I'd be more concerned with accidentally associating yourself via cookies on your computer (which you're now using on the same IP as your "burner phone") or hardware info if you previously had a VR headset associated to your old Facebook account. Eg. If you had John_Doe1 get banned for shitposting in VRChat or whatever, and they collected a hardware profile of John_Doe1's computer, and then John_Doe2 pops up with hardware information that matches... I'm not sure how hardcore they are about making sure people stay banned, but it's always a possibility.

This but unironically, I'm pretty sure someone here posted about how they finally stopped getting banned by Facebook when they made a troon account. Congratulations on your new gender OP.

I hate to say this... But I tried this earlier on another service, ( not banned from, just wanted to see what'd happen ) not ten minutes after I put my... pronouns into my bio, *recoils* xD I was noticed by a bunch of rando tranny accounts and other strangers and they started liking and commenting about stuff I had posted >,...,> this shit is like a cult, scary
